Getting Started with Train Smarter AI 🏃

So this is Train Smarter.

It's an AI training coach for Whoop and Garmin users.

And the aim is to be able to adjust your training plan to your actual data and any preferences.

So I've already set up a four week plan by just speaking with the AI coach in this chat.

And now let's say that I think today I only have 45 minutes for my session and so I want to see what I should actually prioritize.

I can now ask.

And the AI coach will adjust, it will make a suggestion based on the actual training that I had for today.

So that's perfect.

And in fact, before it was asking me about the knee swelling that I've had just in case it might actually change the exercises that I had to work on.

And once I approve that change for today, it will be reflected in my four week training plan here and I could actually see what the rest of my week will look like with a bit more detail of my sessions.

And this has all been planned just by conversation with the chatbot and therefore every morning I can just jump into the dashboard, see what my training plan is for the day.

And this will be adjusted depending on my recovery score, my performance when training in the past few days, etc.

So, so I kind of feel that for the first time my training is adjusted to my actual performance and my preferences.
