Let's go ahead and get you set up to make dials within salesfinity.

First things first, we need to integrate your tech stack.

If you're looking to use a CSV, go ahead and check out the article on how to do that.

If you want to integrate a tech stack like HubSpot, Salesforce, Salesloft, this is where you're going to do that.

Once you go ahead and get logged in, you're going to click Import Contacts on the home screen.

Here you'll be able to see a variety of different integrations you can get set up with.

If you can't get connected, you may have to have a super Admin unlock access for you.

Once you are connected, you will have to connect with your call task source and select your name.

You'll then select Fill Dispositions with AI.

It's really important that you select Save after setting up the integrations and dispositions.
