Hey, all.
00:00
First and foremost, thanks so much for taking the time to watch this.
00:03
if we haven't met, my name is Grant Fuellenbach I'm the founder of a company called GO First.
00:08
We work with residential builders to deploy practical AI tools.
00:13
Gamma is one of those.
00:15
And this is my submission for the Gammapify contest.
00:19
So because this contest is really special, and because I gush over pretty much everything that Gamma does, I wanted to create a workflow that matches it, and that helps a lot of my clients overcome some of the biggest issues in residential design build construction.
00:34
So many builders lose deal after deal to competitors because of a lack of a prettier, proposal.
00:41
Builders oftentimes go to job sites, spend hours measuring and creating estimates in tools like Builder Trend, Job Tread, or even Procore, then email a boring PDF to a client that looks kind of like a tax form.
00:58
Meanwhile, a lot of their competitors send something that is actually selling the vision.
01:03
I built this workflow, grabs an existing estimate as soon as it's uploaded, runs it through Gemini using a master estimator prompt that segments and enhances the data from that PDF, then automatically generates a 10 card gamma proposal that looks something like this, complete with branding, AI imagery and cards or sections clients will actually understand, resulting in construction software to a stunning proposal in about three minutes.
01:32
So by using Gamma's API line, items become visual stories, costs become value propositions, spreadsheets become sales tools.
01:41
And then it can create a task in your project manager telling you proposal is ready for client distribution, complete with the link to share it.
01:50
One workflow that allows builders to go from four hours worth of work to about four minutes, and better yet, helps them transform from terrible spreadsheets and even worse PDFs to proposals and presentations that they can actually be proud of, helping them overcome one of the biggest issues in residential design build, which is how do we make things look pretty?
