If you've been trying or even had the idea to start up an AI business, but you keep getting stuck on what to sell, who to sell to, and actually how to deliver it without looking like every other automation agency, then this is for you.
00:15
The writing's on the wall.
00:17
You can't get away with just selling generic chatbots and workflows.
00:21
And if you seriously think doing that is going to get you success, you are literally just racing to the bottom.
00:28
The model that is working is the AI Venture Studio model and it encompasses everything of the AI agency model, but just at another level.
00:36
I'm going to go through it in depth in this video, but what I want you to know is the basics is one custom build for a client in a high value niche and then you license it out forever.
00:48
And I want you to remember that up until the end of this video.
00:51
I also want to lay out exactly who this is for and who it's not for.
00:57
So if you're the right fit, you're either an agency owner, a corporate employee, or just an entrepreneur that knows that AI is the greatest earning opportunity of our lifetime.
01:08
But more importantly, I want to lay out who this is not for.
01:12
And that's for someone that thinks they can do this part time as a side hustle or thinks they can get rich overnight like those moron broccoli head kids in Miami or the super unconfident Indian freelancer.
01:27
We have programs for you too, just not now.
01:30
What I'm about to show you is how to build your own AI venture studio model and close deals from 10 to 50k and partner with your clients instead of chasing down $2,000 deals like every other moron in the market.
01:46
I'm Sam Rami and if you stay with me for the next few minutes, I'm going to show you how we take operators from being confused and stuck stuck to closing deals in weeks, not months.
01:57
But let me take you back for a second to my story so you kind of realize how I ended up here.
02:02
So in 2018, I was about 19 years old.
02:05
I was one of the youngest interns in Canadian finance history.
02:07
You can see me there.
02:08
Look at the Patagonia on, transitioned into full time in finance.
02:14
And you can see me there.
02:14
You know, still coveted with the mask, but was doing amazing.
02:18
I was making 200k a year.
02:20
I was probably the richest guy I knew at my age.
02:23
But I was miserable.
02:25
I was constantly stuck in the loop.
02:28
I had no time.
02:29
I had a ton of lifestyle inflation with older guys making more than me and competing with them.
02:34
So one day I decided to just quit my job at RBC Capital Markets.
02:39
What ended up happening was I spent the whole summer playing tennis, traveling the world.
02:44
There's me in Chicago, there's me play tennis every day.
02:47
It was the best.
02:48
And I said, hey, I'm going to be an entrepreneur.
02:50
I.
02:50
I'm gonna be able to wake up whenever I want to, and this is gonna be amazing.
02:54
Well, I was wrong.
02:55
Cause this was my reaction after I failed five businesses and got down to my last $647.
03:02
And I'm not exaggerating that that was a point as a grown man that had once been touted as one of the youngest prodigies of.
03:12
Maybe I made the wrong decision, but somehow it ended up working out.
03:18
I ended up getting into AI just by making videos on ChatGPT and looking back at it.
03:23
Now that we look at 2026, there's me in Dubai with my lovely.
03:26
It's not my dog, it's my cousin's dog.
03:28
Sadly, it's not my condo either.
03:30
It's my cousin's condo.
03:31
But I've been able to create a life of freedom where I'm able to go visit my cousin in Dubai whenever I want.
03:37
I've been able.
03:38
And, right before this, in 2023, I built simply scale.
03:41
I exited out of it.
03:42
And then in 2025, we launched Nextcallagent IO, where I was able to run my first AI venture studio, which I still do to this day.
03:52
And what's great is I had a ton of success, but I realized not everyone is going to follow the same path.
03:57
So.
03:58
And the reason behind that is most people that are trying to get into AI are being taught the wrong ways.
04:03
So.
04:04
And this is done by a lot of the AI gurus.
04:06
I'm not going to say names out of respect because I'm friends with a lot of them, but they focus on one main thing and it's called the technical trap.
04:13
It's the constant thirst for knowledge that they make money off of their communities, but they know you're not going to get any tangible results.
04:21
You're never going to become a millionaire by learning N8N flows and making scenarios on make, no matter how fulfilling it gets.
04:29
Because the technical trap is really simple.
04:31
You learn, you learn, you make some type of demo project, you get fulfillment and you think you've accomplished anything.
04:37
When in reality you still have zero clients, zero authority, and you're not going to make any money anytime soon.
04:44
And that's the problem overall is you're spending hours in tutorials, you're in discord chats, and you think you're making a difference, but you're really just a hamster in its wheel.
04:55
You can build a chatbot and makers a beer.
04:58
You understand how automation works, can't get clients.
05:01
And the clients you are getting, it's taking 20 hours for you to actually fulfill.
05:07
Deep down you know you're stuck.
05:10
Because while you're out figuring out what niche to pick or what to post on LinkedIn, there's someone that's much less talented than you landing a 15k deal in the automation space, while there's someone else landing a 30k partnership with a law firm.
05:26
And every day that passes, you're falling behind.
05:28
Not because you're not smart, not because you're not capable, but.
05:32
But because you're running the wrong strategy, targeting the wrong businesses, and ultimately selling the wrong products.
05:41
Break down the three most common myths with AI businesses, specifically the agency.
05:46
You need to be a developer to build AI system.
05:48
Hell to the no.
05:50
You don't need any custom code for most of the builds that companies need.
05:54
And ultimately, if you are spending your time developing, there's no one spending time acquiring clients, which is the number one most important thing next to keeping your clients.
06:06
Second, you need to niche down to local businesses, especially for your first project.
06:10
This is absolute dog shit.
06:12
Local businesses don't need AI.
06:14
They barely know how to function.
06:16
They don't have strategy, they don't have budgets.
06:19
You are going to face death if you follow this advice.
06:23
And then finally, you need a huge audience to get clients.
06:25
No, you need an audience.
06:27
I always believe that and I think that household authority.
06:30
But it could be an audience of small, highly qualified people that value your opinion and ultimately your expertise, which will push them to work with you rather than every other generic agency owner.
06:42
And the truth is, agencies don't buy your shiny tool or your method.
06:49
They buy the outcome, they.
06:50
They buy the vision that comes with working with you.
06:52
They also end up buying you in a way.
06:55
So you have to be likable.
06:57
Even if you think you're awkward or not.
06:58
You have to be of value and service to them in one aspect for them to truly trust you as their build partner.
07:06
But more importantly, as their AI expert.
07:09
Why should you listen to me?
07:12
Well, I'm glad you asked.
07:13
As you know, I'm Sam Rami.
07:15
But more importantly I I've actually exited out my first agency in simply scale.
07:19
I currently do run an AI venture studio.
07:22
We've closed deals all the way from 5k to 250k and currently we are in the process of getting venture funding for our latest project which probably be announced by the time this video is out.
07:34
Other accolades include I am a global speaker, I've spoken in Dubai at Global AI Conference as well as onstage, Dan Martell's most recent event and I've even had the chance to partner with some funny characters like Tai Lopez before in the past.
07:47
But more importantly, I've actually helped operators in my accelerator go from zero to hero and that's what I want to show you Next, this isn't because I sold them some magic course and then ran off.
08:00
No, I worked with them one on one and built them the right system for them.
08:05
Which is so important because you cannot succeed in AI with an out of the box solution that thinking you're just going to make millions.
08:13
It has to be reconstructed down to your story, your offer and your expertise.
08:20
And this is why I've built the AI venture studio launch and what you get inside of it isn't some magic.
08:27
It's probably the most in depth done with you program in the market today.
08:31
It's six months.
08:32
You get your full offer architecture where we come in and build your offer.
08:36
Usually we're rebuilding most people's offer offer.
08:39
You get the LinkedIn Authority engine which is exactly how I land clients every day.
08:43
All the way from building the positioning and the content systems that you need for the inbound side while also being able to create the infrastructure on the outbound side.
08:51
It is an all bound system.
08:53
Next, we also do the outbound prospecting with your cold email infrastructure.
08:57
Ideally by the time we've proven your offer and been able to identify the ICP, we're sending around 2,000 to 3,000 emails a day to make sure they know you're the only one in the market.
09:07
Next, we have the fulfillment system.
09:08
So exactly what we use in next, call agent to onboard deliver and manage clients without chaos.
09:13
but that's not why you're here.
09:15
You're going to get access to our developer network, which is over 120 devs handpicked by me who've worked with me in the past that I know will be perfect for whatever project you do land next.
09:25
We have the offer vault.
09:26
It's these proven AI offers that I've seen work in the market from my friends running million dollar agencies that down to people in the accelerator and how they've framed their offer.
09:35
We also have a bunch of industry guides which you won't need, but they're there.
09:41
And most importantly, you get unlimited one on one calls with me, access to our developer network and you get to license out all of my case studies as if they were your own.
09:52
So you build credibility from day one rather than trying to scrap up stuff.
09:57
I think another interesting part of it all is you get access to my entire team, from my CSM to my designers, to my editors, which has took three years to carefully construct and develop those relationships.
10:12
But I don't want you to just take my word for it.
10:13
let me show you what's possible with people that have actually done it in our accelerator.
10:19
Lovely.
10:20
Here we are.
10:21
Let me walk through a couple of cases that we've had and I don't have the privilege of showing absolutely everybody.
10:27
Some people like some privacy, but these folks gave me full permission so I just want to walk through it.
10:33
First we had Marinko.
10:35
He was able to generate a 2,000 person wait list for his Med Spa SaaS.
10:40
He was a construction worker.
10:42
He built and launched Skin Scanner AI.
10:45
They did a 72 hour launch, they had zero engineers.
10:48
He basically made it with lovable in a day.
10:50
And the lesson here is speed and positioning is more than credential.
10:54
Next we have Maverick, one of my favorites.
10:56
Personal friend of mine at this point.
10:58
18 5k in 6 weeks.
11:00
He was an academic, he has a master's degree.
11:03
He actually teaches at one of the best universities in Canada.
11:06
He had zero online revenue before and he did two builds.
11:10
He did a 6K build for real estate, then he did a 12 and a half K voice system for healthcare.
11:14
It was a generic Ozempic company and that's 18.5 in six weeks and he still was on his job.
11:20
And the lesson here is clarity turns the theory into revenue.
11:25
So all he needed to know was how do I find these clients?
11:29
And that's like the main part of the program.
11:32
I think so many people Think, hey, I need to learn how to build everything.
11:35
But you don't even know where the clients are or what they want.
11:39
So the second those two become clear, you can build any solution.
11:42
Next we have Ishwar, his first week.
11:46
Think he was going to charge this client 2K and, and then I think 500amonth.
11:51
We put them down to, hey, $9,000 for the setup so you get some immediate cash flow.
11:56
He has a 10% rev share and he closed in week one.
11:59
Just speed of execution was there.
12:01
His industry was in the home service industry.
12:03
He secured a deal with Law Flatters in the UK and it wasn't a project, it was a partnership which we always encourage.
12:09
And the lesson here is the second you align with the consumer, you're creating leverage and you become a part of their system and the necessary need, not just a vendor.
12:19
Next we have Ahmed.
12:20
He's running about a 50k a month SaaS with just one hospital.
12:24
He's looking to scale that significantly.
12:26
And the basic lesson there is enterprise pays for infrastructure.
12:30
So his SaaS is able to hit a lot of their problems on a license basis.
12:35
Next we have Will.
12:35
This is one of my favorites.
12:37
He was able to secure a million dollar deal with the government of Australia.
12:42
I won't go too into detail, I'm not even supposed to really say it, but I just want to include it in here.
12:46
And then we have my favorites, the brothers of AI.
12:49
I like to call them Will and Tim.
12:52
Tim came from a pure sales background and Will came from a pure developer background.
12:57
He was in computer science at one of the best universities in Canada.
13:00
They made a voice agent for the financial services industry.
13:03
It handles lead qualification, intake, automation and then the throughput increase of just making sure the clients follow through.
13:09
They closed in a 12.5k and I believe they're on a 7% rev share.
13:13
The lesson is voice AI is probably one of the hottest niches, but most people don't know how to sell them.
13:19
I was able to guide them through properly and I think that's what brought the lesson here.
13:24
and those are the cases.
13:26
So now the real question is where are you going to be 90 days from now?
13:30
Are you still going to be watching tutorials?
13:32
Are you still going to be deciding on what tools to use?
13:34
Are you still going to be paying, panicking?
13:37
Or will you have a clear offer, a steady operating system and working with your first 10, 20 or even 30k client?
13:45
Because the gap in those two outcomes is not your intelligence.
13:49
It's not about how hard you work.
13:51
It's the systems you have in place to ensure this works.
13:55
And every day you wait is another day someone else that doesn't deserve it is landing the clients you wish you had.
14:03
And guys, if this video resonated with you and you are tired of the same old chasing the clients, figuring it out, deciding on what to do, analysis paralysis, then the next step is clear.
14:14
Here's what happens now.
14:15
You're going to click the button below and you're going to speak with the head of my operations.
14:19
This isn't a sales pitch, by the way.
14:20
It's a mapping session.
14:21
We'll go over where you're at, what's been holding you back, and what needs to happen for you to start landing clients.
14:27
And my promise to you is you're going to walk away with a clear game plan.
14:30
Whether you join AI Venture Studio Launch or not.
14:34
The strategy call is completely free.
14:35
We don't believe in high pressure sales and our clients don't either.
14:39
So if you are serious, just click the button below.
14:42
Because the operators who made this jump, they're not waiting, they're not trying to take time to make a decision.
14:48
They either act or they don't.
14:50
And the real question is, are you next?
14:52
I really hope to see you on the other side.
14:55
And if you're still watching this and you haven't clicked, ask yourself why?
14:59
What's actually stopping?
15:01
Because it's not the investment, it's not the time, it's not even the uncertainty.
15:05
It's that weird little feeling.
15:07
It's almost like anxiety and excitement that this might actually work out.
15:12
That's exactly why you need to book a call.
15:14
Let's actually make a move this time.
