00:08
So hello, Diane.
00:09
great to see you here.
00:12
so.
00:12
And hello to anybody who might be watching.
00:14
My name is Narel Lewis.
00:16
I'm the founder here at rma and I'm here with Diane Kupal.
00:20
So, great to be on this call with you.
00:23
So I just wanted to start off by asking, what is your business and offer and who do you serve?
00:32
I work with independent consultants, boutique firms, consultants, trainers, coaches typically who are dealing with the human side of business.
00:46
So it could be leadership development, executive coaching, any kind of organization development consulting.
00:52
And I help those consultants take their content and expertise and, and turn it into a blended, high impact digital program.
01:02
So we work with them to really increase their reach, their impact and their profits by doing that.
01:09
Yeah.
01:10
All right.
01:11
And I love it.
01:12
And really while targeting like this ICP what was it really like?
01:18
before working with Rebel Media, did you have a certain like outbound motion happening?
01:24
Were you, how were you getting really leads and on calls with like a bunch of clients beforehand?
01:33
So before I had a large network of consultants that I worked with in the past and I feel like I've kind of exhausted those folks, so they're warm but they're not necessarily people that are ready to build a high impact digital course.
01:52
And so I needed to go beyond my network and people that I knew to folks who are more ready and who would be interested in talking about that.
02:02
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
02:04
And you were essentially experiencing what we call like network exhaustion.
02:08
Right.
02:08
And it's like a lot of consultants, consultancies and services, business owners.
02:14
Right.
02:14
They come from a certain background and build their business from their background, which is awesome.
02:20
Right.
02:20
and ultimately like a really great thing.
02:22
But then there are certain points in time where that market might not always be warm.
02:26
The referrals dry out a little bit.
02:28
It's very seasonal and it can be essentially like feast or famine cycles of like your revenue, and what's going on.
02:35
So really after meeting us and getting connected with us and we reached out to you, what made you maybe decide to work with Rebel Media?
02:48
I'm sure there might be lots of people always knocking on your digital door, offering some way to get client acquisition, get more calls and all of that stuff.
03:00
Like actually predictably, across all those.
03:03
What made you maybe choose Rebel Media and what stood out from our approach?
03:08
well, I don't really understand all that goes into what you do.
03:12
I mean it's a little bit of a mystery, a little bit of magic I guess.
03:18
but I do like, you know, like the numbers, the volume of people that you touch and I like that there's some activity kind of going on all the time where I don't necessarily need to be worried about it.
03:35
So I sort of feel like I have somebody working sales for me when I don't have time or I'm busy and I don't feel as guilty about it.
03:44
Yeah, right.
03:45
It's like I'm not prospecting.
03:46
No.
03:47
Right.
03:48
So it's essentially just going on in the background and I think that's how it should be.
03:52
Right.
03:52
So it's like it should be able to just give you time back to just be fully in founder mode and delivering amazing services.
04:02
Not really necessarily thinking about, what's my next copy angle and offer and everything like that.
04:08
So I love how you describe that.
04:10
So, yeah, so we're, essentially doing something to the tune of 2 to 3,000, even points of outreach per day.
04:17
And, from your campaigns, it's been about 45 leads and about 19 meetings booked.
04:24
and really wanted to ask you, like, maybe can you walk us through, how the onboarding process was with us, quality of service of work that we've done, all those things.
04:42
so yeah, there's definitely, some nice touch points, along the way.
04:49
And I think you're sort of explaining things just in time, rather than giving us too much information and not really knowing or understanding.
04:58
So I think that that's helpful.
05:00
And I love getting the little, you know, like on Slack and on the.
05:05
What do you call that pipeline site.
05:07
Yes, yes.
05:08
Yeah, there's little notes there about, you know, the interactions and keeping me updated on, you know, the activity and what's going on and questions that they have and giving me kind of a window into.
05:22
Here's the messages that we're sending.
05:23
How would you tweet them?
05:24
And you know, I can give feedback.
05:26
So, I do like that.
05:29
Yeah.
05:30
Yeah.
05:31
And really, so far, like, what's, what's maybe like the day to day, like, Right, so you're, you're receiving some of those calls and how have you found some of, like, those, those leads that we've been sending your way and how in some of those conversations and like, the, the progression to where we are now and like, how many of those are now starting to come your way?
05:54
Well, so the leads are really good.
05:56
I mean, they are my, ideal client profile, which is great.
06:01
So I'm having some really good conversations, with the right kinds of people.
06:05
So that's exciting.
06:06
And again, you know, like, I went to France and I came back and I had like five more leads in my, pipeline.
06:13
So that, that was nice.
06:14
it does sometimes take a little while for.
06:17
To actually book a call.
06:19
Yeah, but, they do.
06:22
And you know, things, you book the next call.
06:26
It's not a quick, sales cycle for me.
06:29
Right.
06:30
But yeah, you gotta start it somewhere.
06:32
So you guys are doing that part for me.
06:35
Yeah.
06:36
Yeah.
06:36
Thank you.
06:37
And And really, it was, it was so funny.
06:40
You literally went to France for like, I think like a week.
06:43
And like this, we had zero contact with you.
06:46
But on the back end, my team and I, as we were all essentially, just seeing your campaigns just like, continue to go this way.
06:56
and I think you came back, this Monday or something, and there was like five calls booked, and then like five more leads that still had like their hand raised, saying they want to have a certain kind of conversation.
07:09
So that was a nice little welcome back, party for us.
07:13
so the other thing I want to tell you is that it gave me more confidence in my offer, you know, to see, hey, there really are a lot of people out there thinking about this.
07:26
Yeah.
07:26
And not knowing how to do it and wanting to learn and understand how they can make it happen for their business.
07:33
Yeah, yeah, 100%.
07:35
100%.
07:37
especially with a high ticket services.
07:40
and especially when it's, and when you're in a place where we've never necessarily gotten leads from a holder market, from a non network market.
07:53
I wasn't connected to this person by maybe like my workplace or something like that.
07:57
So there is always that time where it's like, will this really work?
08:01
But we're always saying, right, it's not about if it works, it's just when and for you, I think between like the first seven days of launching campaigns, we started to see immediate traction.
08:12
well, the last question I have for you here, really Diane, is if someone was on defense about working with and partnering with Rebel Media for their outbound marketing and really just their growth, getting leads, getting meetings on their calendar, or their services, what would you say to them?
08:32
I think it would be kind of a, a little bit of a relief if you're a busy consultant or not good at sales or you don't like trying to, you know, do the hunting, this really gives you something on a silver platter, you know, a lead on a silver platter, which is very nice.
08:54
And yeah, it's worth the, you know, the revenue share I think, so that you don't have to focus your time as much there.
09:02
It's not that I'm not doing anything, but I'm not doing like the cold outreach.
09:07
I'm not doing any of that.
09:08
I leave up to you.
09:11
Exactly.
09:12
And I love it.
09:13
So thank you so, so much.
09:14
we are excited to just keep working with you.
09:17
It is upward and forward from here.
09:19
and we love seeing that pipeline build more meetings and actual qualified decision makers, on the calendar.
09:28
Right.
09:28
Because we're always saying, right, like if you want to get in front of sophisticated decision makers, you need really sophisticated outreach.
09:36
And specifically for market.
09:39
It's, it's nice to see that we've Been able to, to crack that so more success to come.
09:44
Thank you so much for your time.
09:46
All right, thank you.
