Hey there.
00:00
I'm going to show you through your agent status report.
00:03
So the status report is the place where all of your auditions will come through.
00:07
If you, click in from the left side navigation, you can access the status report at any time.
00:14
And also any new auditions will always come to you first via email.
00:18
So you always know when you have a new one.
00:19
You don't have to keep coming in and checking here, but here is a place where you can manage all of your auditions.
00:25
So everything will always come to you first as the agent and then it's up to you how you would like to manage it, depending on your client and the relationship you have with them.
00:33
So a bunch of new auditions has just come in and the new ones will always appear at the top with a little new if you haven't opened them.
00:40
So if we jump into this one here, you can see that on face value it tells you the artist, the project, the role, the type, and then also if a response is needed, if a wardrobe form is needed, and if there are any documents like an NDA attached.
00:56
So you'll have the little explanation, points there to just kind of give you a quick overview.
01:01
And from here you can send it straight to your client by ticking the little boxes here.
01:06
So if you had a bunch of requests for the same project and you wanted to just send them all through in bulk to your client, you could click the boxes, click Manage Selected and forward through to your artist.
01:18
Otherwise if we wanted to jump in individually and have a look, you just click on the audition and then up the top you can see the requirements.
01:25
So wardrobe form is required.
01:27
You can jump in to see your artist's profile, just to see how it's looking.
01:30
And then if you wanted to message casting, you can jump in here and send any quick messages as well.
01:35
This particular audition is a live request, so you'll see all of the information here.
01:40
So the casting director is asking the artist to come in at the this particular time and then underneath you've got all of the documents and details as well.
01:49
So for this particular job there's an NDA required and I'll show you in a later video how to handle these.
01:54
And then the project details, you can jump in, have an overview of exactly what the project is the team on there and then if there's any attachments, you can download them here as well.
02:04
In the role details, it works in a very similar manner.
02:07
You have a, rundown of all the key details and you can also download any attachments here as well.
02:12
And in the first instance, if you'd like to respond to casting, you can click respond, confirm attendance, and that information will be sent straight through to your artist, or you can forward it onto your artist as well.
02:23
So this little message will go to your client and then you can click okay, and then that will be sent off to your artist for review.
02:30
now we'll just jump into a self tape request here.
02:33
And you can see that looks very similar.
02:35
There's just no kind of live information here.
02:38
It will just tell you when it's due, and let's just forward that straight to the artist.
02:44
So, hi, here is your or.
02:50
And then from here you can share the original date and you can also change the date.
02:55
So if you wanted to review it a day or so before just to make sure that everything is okay on your end, so you don't want to be rushed or for whatever reason, you can change the due date here, And then here you can also select review required or review not required.
03:10
So that will mean that the tape will either come to you if review is required and you can have a look on your end and then submit to casting, or if review is not required, that can go straight through to casting when your, artist uploads their tape.
03:22
So if we send that off, that goes through to the client and you can see that it's been forwarded to your artist.
03:28
If jumping back into the status report now, you can use your filter that is super handy to check on particular artists or projects.
03:36
So if we wanted to check on the one we just forwarded, that one is for Charlie and the project name was for Odin.
03:43
We can apply filters and we can check on that there.
03:46
So here we can see that it has been responded to.
03:49
So you have forwarded onto your artist there by the little arrow, and then that's now on the artist end to have a look, learn the script, and then they will submit on their end and these same requests will follow on throughout the life cycle of the project.
04:04
So if, for example, there was a callback for Charlie or, she was released, everything will still be popping up in your status report.
04:12
You'll receive an email and then it's up to you then of how you want to manage it and forward updates to your artist.
04:17
As required.
04:19
And as an agent, you also have the option to submit the audition and upload the tapes on behalf of the artist.
04:24
So we have another video for that if you want to keep watching.
