In this video, we'll discuss the new document detection feature.

You can drag and drop a bulk document or multiple documents It will then begin parsing documents.

In this case, you'll see I've uploaded one document that has a bunch within the single PDF.

This feature will allow you to determine what all is within this single PDF.

In this claim I have one port call Galveston Offshore lightering area.

The program has identified documents that align with this port call.

You can see how many here.

On the left it's found nine.

You'll also see an icon here and we'll get into those in a second.

It found a few other port calls.

In this case they're all the Galveston Offshore lighting area.

So I can add them to an existing port call or to any port within the Voyager Master data.

If any of these documents are not relevant, you can simply dismiss them.

To remove them from the documents tab, You can use this as an opportunity to add a new port call to the claim.

Let's say this one is Galveston itself.

When I add that, I see a new box appear in the documents and I also see a new Galveston port call appear on my claim.

From here you can always upload more documents To see more details, you can click into the port here and a pop up will appear that shows all of the details of the documents that were found.

Here are the icons that might appear.

If you're missing a document, you'll see this icon.

If you're missing a signature on a document, you'll see see this.

And if you're missing a stamp on a document, you'll see this.

If all of these three things are there, you'll see a validated icon instead.

In this case, it found everything it needed within these documents.

On this summary you'll see the port name, you'll see a document overview of what it read within the documents, and you'll see a breakdown of required documents and other documents.

The required documents are Notice of Readiness, Statement of Fact and Letter of Protests.

If you click on the arrow next to the number of documents, you can see the details.

You'll see a name given to that document based off of what the parser read.

a date stamp associated with that page of the document and you'll see what page within the batch it was found.

So I know my notice of readiness is on page one.

and it was on November 19, 2025.

I also have a statement of fact which was named Timesheet in this document on page two and I have four letters of protest all on November 19th in this case and you can see the descriptions of each here in the summary.

If you want to delete any of these documents, you don't want to store them within the claim.

Maybe they're not applicable.

You can click box on the left of the document and you'll see this menu on the top pop up that allows you to select all or delete and you can dismiss the document.

If you want to search for a specific document here, and I can say I'm looking for maybe a statement of fact.

I can search within the category or the name so you can see statement of fact came up.

But You can also search by something within the name.

I know my statement of fact was called timesheet so if I search for time it will appear here as well.
