Uploading contacts on NOAN is really easy.
00:03
There's a couple of ways to extract them.
00:05
one is you can go into network and you can hit import contacts from a CSV file.
00:12
This is dead easy and simple.
00:13
You just need to be aware of a couple of things.
00:14
When you add the CSV file, you just have the name.
00:18
There's no first name, last name on NOAN network.
00:20
The assistant will extract the first name when it needs it.
00:23
So, so you just have a column called name.
00:25
You can then add the following columns if you choose.
00:28
so that could be Alias, email, phone, website, company role and Memo.
00:33
The last one's important.
00:34
If you have extra detail about a customer, and you're moving from one CRM into NOAN network, just create a column called memo and then add that extra detail of the customer in there.
00:46
and then they will all be added to the customer when you batch upload.
00:51
The other thing to know is that if you have multiple users, for example, you're adding as contacts, they might be from the same company.
00:58
When you add them, GNOME will automatically sort that out behind the scenes and will connect their companies for you.
01:05
The other way to add contacts in bulk is to give the assistant a list of contacts, with their names and say I want to add these contacts and it will create those contacts for you.
01:19
This works best when it's not a huge list.
01:22
much better for smaller groups, say for example 20, 30 clients or customers or investors.
01:28
Really easy way to do it.
01:30
You can also ask the assistant here to tag those when you upload them, which streamlines the tagging process.
01:38
What you can't do when you batch upload is add a tag.
01:41
Yet you have to add that retrospectively, with the assistant here or in NOAN network.
