How to create your organisational chart

So once you've created your company, this is the screen that you'll see here.

So the first thing that you'll do is you'll hit on the circle right here, you click on it and you'll see a right hand panel appearing.

So the first thing to understand in role based is that a team, a sub team and a job description, all three of them are called role, a role.

The reason for that being that each one of them, so the team, the sub team or the job description hold the same characteristics.

So if you have them, you'll be able to, for each one of them, come and fill out its purpose, its domain, which essentially is its decision making perimeter, its accountabilities.

So what you can expect from that team, that sub team or that job description, as well as any checklist or indicators, if it's relevant.

Okay, so now you're ready to create your different teams and sub teams in your company.

You'll come over here and create your team.

Let's say we'll create three teams today.

Let's say your first team is hr, HR here.

And you'll see another circle, another bubble showing up, which is your first team, hr.

And you'll keep doing that.

So you keep creating your teams.

Let's say your other team is operations.

You go ahead and create that.

And let's say your third team is sales.

So there you go.

This is the first level of, your organization.

You've got three teams.

Hr, operations and sales.

You can go even further.

And let's say your HR team here has two other sub teams.

You'll be able to do the exact same thing.

So you click on the HR bubble here and you create a role.

Let's say the first role is admin, and the second role is recruitment.

So there you go.

Your company is getting represented by, an HR and operations and a sales team.

And within the HR team you have the admin and the recruitment.

And you can kind of go ahead and continue doing that for however long you want.

Let's say your sales team has a sub team of marketing and let's say sales, operations.

I can go ahead and do that.

And here you'll be able to start visualizing your team and sub teams.
