Okay, so I want to start with the issue at hand, which is big companies like Amazon, Netflix and booking.com, they've been personalizing their messaging for years and they've made a lot of money doing this.

So for example, you could segment people based on the original referring domain that brought them to you.

So in this case what we've done is we're back in our flow editor, but instead of asking people questions, this time we're actually showing different pop ups on the website depending on where they are in our funnel.

So because we have this deep integration with your email platform or CRM, we can look at are they identified in the platform, if they are, are they tagged customer?

And we can route them to different call to actions, different pop ups that show depending on what they've done, who they are and so on.

So in this case what we're doing in this example is we're looking to see are they a lead.

If they're not a lead, we're going to then look at maybe what kind of work type are they.

So this could be agency or software company or something like that.

That data we could be getting through a survey question or it could come through behavior.

So maybe we're running an ad targeting agencies.

Now an agency owner is on our website, they're going to see an opt in form about agencies.

Likewise, if they come from an affiliate, we could do the same thing and maybe have a quote or a testimonial from the affiliate who brought somebody to us.

And then finally if none of those apply, we could fall back to a standard opt in offer.

So this is a really powerful way to be able to change your opt ins and your legion forms based on what somebody's doing on your website, what, what kind of content they're reading, who brought them and so on.

And then where things get really interesting is being able to go even beyond anonymous people and have with the deep integrations that we have with your email platform, we can say well okay, if they're not tagged customer, let's push them to a live demo.

And if they are a customer and they're back on our website, let's randomly send them down one of two pathways where one pathway is asking them to leave a testimonial and another pathway is trying to get them to upgrade their plan.

So with our flow builder you can really easily set up targeted pop ups, slide ups, end of blog post embeds, really anything you want that lives on your website that is always reacting to what we know about somebody and what logical next step makes sense for I just showed you how you can change your pop ups and call to actions on your website.
