When you're working with the assistant, you're going to get a lot of responses that have great ideas in it, or you might even have ideas yourself.
00:10
The key thing is what you don't want to be doing is scrolling back through your previous conversations.
00:14
What you want to do is store each of the key bits of information as a note for later.
00:19
Then the assistant can recall those notes at any time, whenever you need and you can start working on them to turning them into facts and actioning them or turning them into content or other aspects of your business.
00:30
Let me show you how easy it is.
00:31
So here I've been doing some research on a company, riskcherry.
00:35
I've got an overview of the company that the assistant has come back with after a quick web search.
00:40
I've asked for it to tell me more about their leadership.
00:44
And then, I've asked it to go and research some of the sector, and also their competitors.
00:49
So I'm just going to ask it to turn the research on the sector and competitors into a note.
00:54
And the assistant can recall any information that you've had with it within this conversation.
00:58
So you can always ask it to go back to something earlier.
01:01
And you'll see here it's preparing my note.
01:03
There it is.
01:04
And then this is available in the notes page.
01:07
So now if I jump into the notes page here, you'll see that this is available for me.
01:14
It's research.
01:15
I can now recall this with the assistant whenever I want to work on something in this sector.
01:20
So notes are that easy and think of them as pulling out all the best bits that you get from the assistant or great ideas that you've had and dropping them into the notes page.
01:29
So whenever you're working with the assistant here, if you see something I like that I'm going to drop that in to just ask it to turn it into a note so that you can recall it later.
01:37
The notes are not included in the core knowledge that your assistant knows.
01:41
It always knows and understands your facts.
01:43
It references notes when it needs them.
01:45
That's because what you don't want is any of that information muddying, the knowledge of the fact base of your business.
01:52
Because then you'll start to get hallucinations on what you're really doing or what you're thinking about doing.
01:56
In the if you're in the notes page, you can also add a note manually.
02:01
You can add a title, select a tag, and then write the note details and then save it, and then this will be available for you or your team to reference later.
02:12
You can also set notes as private or public, so they're available for all of your team or just for you.
02:18
And you can even ask the assistant to set a private note, and it will automatically lock the note for you.
