Hiring Process Made Easy ✅

Okay, so let's cover the hiring process super quick.

But honestly, it's very easy and very quick.

My whole shtick is make things easy and efficient.

So there's only two things that you need to do before I give you access to everything within my website, AKA hand over all of the training to you.

Because you can't see any of that unless you're through the first two steps of the hiring process.

the first step, which.

Well, I guess I should say first, if I read through your application and I'm interested in working with you, you will receive a text usually within maybe just one day or four days.

I kind of check applications every other day or every two days.

It just depends on my week.

and I will send you a text outlining a few different information and a few details.

And if you respond back saying, cool, I'm good to go, I.

I will send you a PDF that just outlines the two things that we need to do to get you moving.

The first thing that we need to do is you'll have to send me a clear picture of your ID or your passport.

You can use either, as long as they're valid.

And you'll have to send me the name that you would like to use online.

Obviously, we cannot use our real names or anything close to it.

that's the first step.

So once you send that to me, I'm going to take that information and I'm going to send you, some information to fill out via DocuSign.

If you've never used DocuSign, it's amazing.

It's my favorite software, to be perfectly frank.

I love them.

I've been with them for years.

and I will send you a video explaining how to fill out the DocuSign.

It's standard information that you have to fill out for literally any job.

It's the information you'll have to fill out whether you're utilizing my help or not.

It's the same information you're going to have to give if you would just go directly to a platform, our platform, any platform.

This is just a job like any other job.

People are always surprised by that.

I'm not sure why.

but you'll just fill out that DocuSign.

Once you return that to me, and by the way, that'll take you five, maybe 10 minutes, then we will be done for now.

And then I'll give you access to everything within my website, and that's all we need to do for now.

From there, I give you some time to get through training.

I usually give people two, three, four, five days.

Sometimes people finish up training super quick and they want to get moving.

So from there, I will get your account created.

Once I get your account created again.

Realistically, once you have finished training, the only last and final thing you will have to do is take your approval pictures.

You have to get approved to work in this industry, no matter what platform.

It's just a legality that they have to follow.

It's just how they verify that you are who you say you are.

it basically has you take a picture of yourself holding your id.

It has you scan the front and back of your id, it has you scan your face again.

So it's verifying that you are who you say you are.

Once you're through that approval process, you're completely good to go.

And there's only one little tiny thing that you have to do before you actually get online.

And I walk you through that.

You have to set.

Set up your profile, which I tell you exactly what to do and literally show you what to do, but that's it.

So it is very easy and very quick to be able to hop online and start making money and having fun fast.

That is one thing that I really love about this industry.
