I wanted to just talk through something that I think will be really useful for all of you when it comes to how you send things out of NOAN.
00:07
So it's funny, we were talking yesterday as a team about how do you really judge like a true AI native company and the company should be built on AI.
00:15
But I realized that there's this really fascinating indicator, which is how many docs and PDFs you are creating is an indicator of whether you are truly AI native.
00:26
And I looked in our Google Docs folder and the only docs we've created in six months are contracts.
00:33
That's it.
00:34
Everything else is within the NOAN environment or pushed somewhere from NOAN.
00:38
and it's all powered by AI.
00:40
So you know, you often hear people talking about how they're an AI native company, but they're.
00:44
All they're doing is taking docs and then connecting them to say, Intercom or like a, customer service platform and referencing those documents.
00:53
They're creating a lot of docs.
00:54
They're not AI native.
00:56
all we create is literally contracts.
01:00
it's crazy.
01:02
So that was kind of mind blowing to me.
01:04
But what I wanted to do was I wanted to set up a zap and ultimately I wanted to send this into one of the platforms we use for signing.
01:10
And unfortunately none, of them accept, this, they accept the docs like that.
01:16
So, at the moment we have to have a stage between, which is where what I've done is I've set up a zap to export, content from NOAN as soon as it sees the tag ID contract.
01:27
So whenever it sees the tag contract, I created that new tag contract.
01:30
It didn't exist.
01:31
and then when I ask it to create a contract, it will tag it that contract.
01:36
and then what I do is I filter the conditions and if you come down here, you'll see I've written that if it contains final, then it will send it in the headline.
01:48
So I've asset title final, then it will send in the headline, which means in NOAN I can create a contract and then edit it as much as I want.
01:56
And then I can get final in the headline.
01:59
And as soon as I update final in the headline, as long as the tag contract is there and final is in the headline, it will export it straight away into Google Docs.
02:08
And here I send the asset title and the document content and boom, it's done.
02:14
Now in an ideal world this would go say, straight to Dropbox Sign, and they're just not there yet on their side.
02:21
powerful.
02:21
But for the moment, I send this to Google Docs, I export it as a PDF, and then it can be uploaded straight into Dropbox Sign and sent off.
02:31
So, really simple zap, really.
02:33
easy to set up.
02:34
You can send things anywhere, wherever you need to send them.
02:37
so this is one I think everybody should use.
02:41
And it's, it's dead easy to trigger.
02:43
You, just have to add the filter, so make sure you've got the filter there.
02:47
And then I use the word final, depending on what I'm sending, because I think it's always useful.
02:51
You're never going to have that in a headline.
02:53
Whereas if you add the word final, it will then send it, and that'll send it wherever you need it to go.
