Today I'm going to walk you through one of the most fundamental parts of Altai, and that is submitting your artists for jobs.
00:06
When a new brief or breakdown comes through from casting, you'll receive an email.
00:10
So please click the button in the email and it will take you straight to the relevant project.
00:14
Otherwise, you can always make submissions via our, Casting Briefs and breakdowns page, which is just on the left hand panel here.
00:22
From here you can select a project and once that opens up, you will see all of the general project information and you can scroll down to the roles and expand them on the right hand side.
00:32
And here is where you can begin making submissions by clicking the Peach button.
00:36
To begin submitting your actors for this role, you can click on the ellipsis in the artist card and here you can have a quick view of their profile.
00:45
You can add submission notes, select an alternative headshot, and you can even edit the profile profile.
00:51
Once you've added any of those additional notes, you can submit the artist for the role.
00:57
They'll then appear in the submitted tab here and they can also be removed by clicking this button as well.
01:02
You can also use our, handy filter on the right hand side of the page, and here you can apply the criteria from the brief or search any specifics.
01:11
and if you can't see someone on your roster, please ensure that one, they're assigned to your agency and two that the profile is active.
01:17
You'll not be able to submit artists who don't have a complete profile and you can check this by entering your artist roster page to view your entire roster.
