Creating Decks with Known and Gamma 🎨

Now the most important thing to know is that you need to lock in the brand identity fact.

You need to lock in things like your hex codes.

If you don't have these, I'm going to drop in the chat a color paper that can take them off your website.

So here in NOAN's brand identity fact I've got our fonts, Tuscal Grotesque and Active Grotesque.

Now this is actually a limitation with grammar because these are bespoke.

Well they're not bespoke fonts but they're fonts that you typically have to add.

so they're not available freely in Gamma but it doesn't matter for the purposes of this demo.

and then you have my hex codes here and we have a lot of hex codes because we've got quite a distinct brand, we've got lots of different colors.

I've just picked some of the key ones that we might want to use.

and then the most important thing here is we've got kind of an overview of the photography style and then visual recommendations.

Right, so this is now locked in and set as a factor.

So what I've done is I have jumped into the assistant and I've then said the following Create step by step instructions and this is about as meta as it gets for Gamma.

The slide platform on a deck template include all the relevant content and our brand color codes and fonts for it to execute.

Make it a single prompt for me to add to Gamma.

The deck template should be on how to create a deck by using NOAN and Gamma and include details on what is important to include in the brand identity fact.

Right, so what's happened here is you can see the assistant has now created prompt for Gamma.

Now most of the models because platforms like Gamma have been around a couple of years, they've essentially crawled all of their how to documents.

That knowledge sits in there and so as a result it can reference that when it needs so instructions for Gamma.

it knows and understands what it's doing.

You can see here it's talking about, here's the title, here's the instructions.

You need to use.

And then it goes through each of the slides.

and it gives you.

it's given a photography overview based on what's in our fact.

And this is why those facts are so important.

You see here, no literal team office shots.

We just don't want to be that B2B brand.

So it basically goes step by step through here.

And you can see even just like define your strategy and NOAN what you need to do because it knows NOAN.

And again, like I said, this is about as meta as this gets.

and what to include, etc.

So I've then got this great prompt and then here, design notes use NOAN's color palette for background accents and text.

it can't do this.

I checked.

It will fail because it doesn't, it doesn't have it added.

so it doesn't select that font, but so be it.

So just for the purposes of this demonstration, I copy that to my clipboard.

I then jump into gamma and actually there was a, There's a step before this.

I just got to paste in text.

You have a couple of options of like what you want to do.

And I just paste in text here.

and then I generate from notes or an outline and I clicked on that.

That takes you through to the prompt editor which is here.

So that's got everything in it.

You can do specific slide by slide.

I just kept it to one because it's all free form and the slides are in there and outlined.

You can choose the amount of text and style you want.

and then visuals and theme.

You can make some selections here.

and then this is, this is what we got now we have a very bespoke brand.

It's not going to nail that and that's why we have our own pitch deck template that we leverage.

Most people don't have kind of quite as complex as a, as a brand.

but you can see here all my slides, everything I needed, all the step by step, on how to do it.

I can actually share this for you, and what to do.

And then there you go, job done.

So pretty simple, pretty easy.

if you have a really, simple color, palette, you're gonna get much better results here.

we, have quite a complex color palette.

We have a brand that is obviously quite distinct and unique and, and we've spent time crafting that.

Not everybody has elements like, you know, when you drag your, your mouse across our across our site, you get all the, the hexes and stuff.

Like not everyone has that.

So, we can't get an exact replication here.

But if you have a much more kind of easier to articulate brand, you're going to get really good results.

But yeah, dead simple, dead easy.
