Humanos - API for Verified Human Intent

Humanos is the universal API to verify and request human approvals in real time.

Our API sits at the center of workflows, acting as a tollgate every AI must pass before moving forward.

When called, Humanos checks connected systems to see if approval already exists or request new ones.

Let's see an example.

A doctor requests assistance to an AI for help and a diagnosis of an X ray.

Before looking into the data, the AI sends a call to the Humanos API asking if it has patient authorization to access the data and gets a response saying no authorization was found in the connected systems.

The AI asks the doctor if he should ask the patient for it, and the doctor confirms.

A secure SMS is then instantly sent to the patient with a link to review and authorize the use of their X ray for AI assisted diagnosis and future insurer sharing.

The patient approves and the authorization is logged immutably in the Humanos ledger.

The AI proceeds automatically.

Basically, what we saw was an AI being asked to perform an action, but it didn't know if it had verified human authorization to do it.

So it checked the HumanOS API, found no authorization on record, and asked the API to request it from the patient.

The patient received a secure link by message, approved the request and and the AI waited until the authorization was logged to the ledger, only then continuing the task.

Because the patient's approval was logged on the Humanos shared ledger, any connected system can verify if it also covers another action, like sharing the X ray with insurers for billing.

Later, the insurer's AI requested access to the X ray and called Humanos to verify authorization.

The API confirmed the approval and the insurer's agent reused the same proof to access the data.

No new authorization needed.

Both AIs acted under one verified approval, fully compliant, automatic and traceable.

All activity is visible in the API's control center, where every verification and approval is logged.

If a dispute ever arises, the company already holds cryptographic proof of what was authorized, making Humanos its first line of defense against AI related litigation.
