Well, you're probably not going to get the treatment that you need in order to do it.

And in the same way we expect you to show up for your group and one on one calls with your consultant to help you make the most amount of progress.

We are not a recruitment agency.

We are not, going to just hand your application over to the right people for you to get noticed.

This does take effort on your part, very much like a personal trainer would help you lift weights.

If you don't go to the gym, you're not going to get any stronger.

And in the same way your career is not going to get any stronger or better if you don't work with us.

And so it's a part of our commitment to be a hundred percent there for you, and we want you to be 100% there for yourself in your career because this is ultimately about lifting you up into something better, which is what I think we all want for the entire profession.
