Will this program work for me if I don't have experience to get the job that I want to get?

Well, it's our job as consultants to help you succeed no matter what the task is.

Now, we may not be recommending that if you're, you know, brand out of pharmacy school that you want to go after an executive level pharma job.

You know, we all live in reality, but it is our job to help people without experience get into new roles that we feel like are easier to get into.

For example, we have a ton of testimonials and success stories of pharmacists who have only a community pharmacy background, specifically retail chain, and we've helped them get roles into medical writing or medical affairs.

What every transition is about for us is boiling down your hard and soft skills and the great strengths that you have and creating a compelling image image to attract the right relationships, to get the right job, referrals to get interviews and job offers.

Not having experience is not a barrier for us as much as what I think it may mean for you.
