This program is a one on one consultant guided relationship.

We'll help you build relationships, we'll help you apply to programs, and we'll help you interview and negotiate for your next job offer.

The program includes working one on one with a career consultant who we match you based to your needs and your background.

They may have a pharmacy background or they may not.

It's up to you and what you prioritize.

You will also get access to our every other week group calls where you'll learn incredible insights from other people to make your journey that much faster.

We provide you with a week by week action plan with to dos that you can easily check off and spend your time making the most amount of progress.

We have our modules, we have our private workshops, we have ongoing office hours and Q and A sessions that you can attend that are both in the afternoon and the evenings.

We also have a remote only pharmacist job board that only our clients get.

We also have the alumni and the my connection, relationship builder where you can request meeting with anyone that's already within our alumni network, within circle or within the connections that I have on LinkedIn, which is now over 27,000 pharmacists.

I probably know a few pharmacists at a company that you'd like to work at.

We make this all seamless and we can introduce you you to new people so that you can build relationships, get job referrals and learn the skills necessary to land that job.

Not only this, but we also provide unlimited application reviews for your resume and cover letter or cv.

We also provide you with mock interviews and we also provide you with negotiation support so that we can hopefully increase the average salary of our clients which is now $8,000,000 per year.
