Connecting Subsets Platform to Sailthru

This video will demonstrate how you link your Sail through instance to the Subsys platform so you can create a Subsys experiment and link it to the correct lifecycle optimizer flow.

So to begin with, click on Settings Integrations and you'll see that you have the Sail through integration.

Ensure that the status is set to active.

If not, you can just toggle it over here you can see that we're asking for your API key and your secret.

this will of course require they have the correct permissions in your Sail through instance to generate these keys.

But once you've done that and pasted it and tested the connection, you can then head over to audiences.

From here, I'll just drag this audience over and create a draft.

I'll call it demo.

And the unique identifier will also just be Demo.

From here I'll click on Create Draft and fill out the details.

There's a lot of data information which I can fill out, but that's just out, of the scope of this video.

So I will click on Next and I'll select on our Sail through integration.

From here you can see that we're asking for a Sail through flow URL.

This flow URL.

there's also have some screenshots in this same documentations page that will show you how to navigate to the correct page.

but essentially we're just trying to extract this flow ID from the URL.

So as long as your URL has or contains the slow id, then you're all set.

So from here I'll click on next and I'll enter some arbitrary number for the treatment duration, let's say 10, and I'll create the experiment.

Now I'll click on Overview and you can see that we have this integration of Sail Through.

From here on I'll click on Campaign Details and I'll see that I have this ID flow name and some template IDs.

These template, they're simply just the ideas of the email content which you have.

But that is not of use for us.

This flow name is what will be used as your full name over here.

So I click on Sync Campaign, I should expect the phoneme to pop up over here.

This synchronization between subsets and sell through is not instantaneous.

for the purpose of this demo, I have just seeded some data.

but in your case, they should expect a day or two of delay before we receive some behavior data from your behalf.

so yeah, that is essentially how you create this connection between Sail through and subsets.
