Generate Building Renderings from Plans with Manus

We are going to use Manus to generate building renderings based off a plan set, which you could see I attached here.

All right, so we got 15 pages of plans here.

Pretty detailed, just schematic design, no construction docs by any means.

but we are going to ask Manuscript, utilizing its new Manage 1.5 capabilities to generate some rendering.

So we're going to say, can you please review the attached set of plans and create building renderings for us?

Now that's a very basic prompt.

We, can get a lot more detail than that, without a doubt, which we will.

But let's just first check, its capabilities, see what it comes up with with that.

And then I have some other ideas, like, sorry, I'm a little bit sick today, guys.

So I got the, the, what do you call it?

No brain cells.

But, we'll do elevations for interior units.

we'll try specification sheets.

We'll try a bunch of different scenarios here.

but as you can see, it's reviewing the plans here.

We got our little task list.

After it reviews the plans, it's going to, start creating building renderings based on those plans, which is pretty cool.

I haven't really tried Manus's image generating capabilities yet with Manus 1.5.

I've heard it's really, really incredible.

So I'm excited to see what comes of this.

and then again, once, once we figure out the exterior, we'll get into some of the interior stuff, and just see how far along we could take this year.

now this is pretty cool.

I mean, if you're a broker and you're selling land, you just have these plan sets.

obviously a rendering of some sort I think is really interesting for marketing purposes.

obviously if you're a developer and you are raising money for this specific deal, renderings are really, really interesting.

When I also wonder if we can create some sort of like, marketing teaser video with the renderings.

So we'll try that as well.

I'm excited to see that.

And again, forgive me, I'm sick with whatever's going around.

I definitely have to brain fog.

so if I say anything weird, just know this is not the usual me.

So it looks like it's got all of our physical, characteristics.

Interesting.

So it looks like it's getting pretty specific here, which is cool.

So let's see what it comes up with.

So it's reviewed all the plans.

Now it's going to create those Renderings based on the plans.

And I would imagine with a more specific set of plans.

In other words, maybe plans with construction documents, we can get a more specific building rendering.

There's a lot of assumptions being made with just this schematic design.

Right, where it's just 15 pages versus 100 plus pages of usual construction documents.

So it's going to make a lot of assumptions.

But that's okay.

Let's just see what it comes to.

And I think what I actually want to do is just focus on the building renderings for the time being and then we'll do another video on different kind of iterations, including the interior renderings as well as the video.

Though I would imagine there's going to be multiple.

So yeah, it looks like it's done a few.

So this is the dusk view, I'm assuming.

Then we got that dusk view there.

Those are pretty cool renderings.

see, suggested follow ups would be a presentation script for those renderings or presentation.

No, we don't want that.

Look, you could do describe what to change or adjust.

Let's try saying, maybe there's no parking for this specific building.

I guess I'm just wondering like where the parking entrance is, which we don't have.

But that's okay.

Let's just say.

Can you, could you also generate some interior renderings of the lobby?

Actually, you know what, we're not going to do that in there.

We're going to do that over here.

Can you also generate some interior renderings of the lobby corridors, etc.

So let's do that as well.

We won't worry about the interior units yet, but let's just see what the lobby corridors and common areas based on the floor plans would look like.

And I'm wondering, I think with a more specific prompt.

And you guys know this if you've watched my videos, but you get out what you put in.

So I gave it a very basic prompt here.

We got to do a way better job than that.

and I think we'd get even better results.

But again, I'm down bad, pretty sick.

So not using 100 of my brain capacity at the moment.

Looks like a little bit of a mail room.

Great staircase.

That looks really expensive.

And I think this particular building is an affordable building.

So again, like, you get out what you put in.

I could have made it clear that this is an affordable building.

But these are very lifelike.

Can you show me the renderings from the pedestrian's point of view on the street?

We'll skip that for now.

And then how about let's just actually create some interior unit renderings.

Can you also generate some interior.

Keep in mind this is a 100%.

Now that is sort of what I pictured for this project.

that's exactly what it should look like in my opinion.

But again, we could describe it differently.
