The Crono VoiP - Set up and Functionalities

Well, hello, Kroners.

Extremely happy to be here today, presenting you probably one of the most incredible features we have ever developed and released, the Chrono voip.

So it is true, as of now, you can perform cold calling directly via Chrono with your laptop, either in the Tasks page or in the contact card, as we will see in a minute.

So how do you set up the ChronovoIP?

So it is at user level, so each user can set it up?

one very important thing, though.

this feature is an exclusive to Ultra, subscription.

So all Ultra users can go into their Account settings Integration section and Call section, and then they can click on enable on the ChronovoIP.

So when you click Enable, as you can see, the interface will change and here you will have your name and surname and you can assign to yourself a number and that will be the number that will be used in outbound for those calls.

Now, if I click on assign numbers, I have here, two options.

Either I can get a Chrono number.

So here I can ask, directly for a new number from scratch.

By default it will be United States number.

But if you have, the need of having, for example Spanish numbers or UK numbers, because those are the areas in which you operate, you can simply send an email to us and we will provide you, those numbers.

But in my case I want to register my own personal number.

So I will go with the second option.

I will click on next.

Here I simply need to input my phone number.

There you go.

And when I click on verify, in a matter of, seconds I will receive a call and this call will be useful to me because I will, confirm and verify my phone number.

Now, when the call gets in, as you can see, I will simply need to answer.

Hello, Please enter your 6 digit validation code and I will input the 6 digit validation code.

So 622588.

That's it.

You have successfully validated your phone number.

Perfect.

It's done.

Now the number is verified and this can now be used.

to start with the cold calling.

Now how do you use it, concretely, first of all, you can go into the list section.

open, for example, any contact.

I will go with Alex.

There you go.

I can directly click here to start a new call.

And if I click on call here, as you'll notice, now I'm calling Alex, I can click on record to register the call.

And when I'm done calling Alex, I can simply hang up the phone.

And when I hang up, Chrono retrieves the call.

And this recording here will be available in the activity when logged.

So if I were to click now, feedback of the call connected because Alex actually responded for just a moment, and then I can put sentiment, let's say meeting scheduled.

When I log the call here and then I go into the activities section, you'll notice that when I open the activity, I have the recording of the call that I can listen, back.

So this will be available for all the users, within Chronos.

So it's very, cool because, any of my colleague can go in the activity card of Alex and release listen to our call if they need to, You can also use this feature directly into the task section.

here, of course, I have a bunch of calls that I need to do, for the day so I can open the task.

And again, same as we have seen before, I can click on call.

The call will start, when the call starts, record to register it.

the call will be recorded and when I hang up the phone, the call will be retrieved and you will be able to listen back to it.

So we are very excited about this feature.

It's a huge improvement for us.
