Add Bookings with AI

We are super excited to announce that Yaalago can now ingest bookings from any source as long as it has a confirmation to put directly into Yaalago.

We call this AI Booking.

All you have to do is click over here to AI Booking, select which vendor is relevant for this particular booking so you can track commissions or any of the booking sources.

If you don't have it yet in there, you can click on the plus icon, enter some information, save it, and then click on refresh.

So it'll be there for the future.

Now, if we have Expedia Booking, you can literally copy it from start to finish.

Or if you have, let's say an email confirmation that you got, you could literally copy it from the bottom to the top, head over here to Booking, paste it in, and select which booking type the the AI should be looking out for.

In this case, we're going to do a hotel.

Click on import.

So over here we see a summary of the basic information.

And this is set up so that even if your email or confirmation that you're putting in has a lot of bookings and a lot of different information, it'll support it all.

All you have to do is review it quickly.

If you want to make any quick adjustments, you could do that.

From here.

We are going to be adding a field for amount to agency, meaning how much does it cost the agency against how much do you want to charge the customer so that you can manage profits directly from this particular page as opposed to doing it from the, from the trip, itself.

Click on Submit and then save.

Now all it wants to know is do you want to add it to a proposal, a trip, and if it's a new trip or an existing trip, a new proposal or an existing proposal, this is fantastic.

Click on Submit and instantly your confirmation that you pulled in from Expedia is available.

and now as soon as the page loads, all of the information is in here.

You could of course go in here and make any changes you like by clicking on Edit.

and now all the information and more is available for you to add even more information.

or adjust.

and there you have it, you can click on the eye icon and you can instantly see this booking and all of its information Directly taken via the AI from the confirmation that you got from any booking source around.

this is a huge development and will allow us to ingest unbelievable amounts of information from any of your booking sources so that you never have to copy and paste again.

Let's Don't forget that you should review all the information to make sure that the information that was on the original confirmation that you got is information that you want to display to the customer and that all of the details are correct.

It's imperative that you let us know of any, inconsistencies or any adjustments that, that need to be made so that we can improve this for everybody and ensure that it works well for you.
