Boards are the easiest ways to visualize and aggregate structure output data over time.
00:09
In a previous demo, I had shown you how I created a structured output called Appointment Booked to determine at the end of every call made with my Scheduler assistant in Bapi whether an appointment was booked or not.
00:24
Now, in boards, you can easily visualize this data over time.
00:29
create an insight and call it appointment and in here I want a count of all the calls and want to see where the assistant was, the scheduler assistant and the appointment boat equals to true.
00:54
Once you've set all the parameters you can see the data for the last seven days or for a custom date range and you can choose different kinds of charts to visualize your data in.
01:04
in this case I want to keep a bar chart as a way to see all of my calls.
01:12
Once you've selected all the configurations you can click on create and you'll have your first insight.
01:19
You can then resize it and you can move it around or you can add additional insights.
01:28
You can modify them to include additional information or you can clone them.
01:57
So now I have two insights in my board.
02:00
One to show all the number of appointments that were booked and another one to show the ones that were not booked.
