we're going to build a multi page website utilizing Manus.

Let's assume you're a broker and you don't have a website nor do you want to take the time to hire a website designer and go through that entire process.

Well, you could use Manus and it's very easy to do so.

In fact, I already did it and I'm going to walk you guys through what exactly happened.

To start, I created a prompt in Claude.

It's a very detailed prompt.

Okay.

And we built this for my good friend Taylor Avakian who's a commercial real estate broker in la.

Now he's very active on the Internet.

So what I first did was I went on Claude and I said find me everything there is to know about Taylor Avaki and commercial real estate broker in la.

It went far and wide and it gathered a ton of information.

We then asked Claude to create a prompt to give to Manus and that's what you're looking at here.

Create a modern premium multi page website for the group cre, a top tier LA multifamily real estate brokerage specializing in apartment building sales and investments.

Lots and lots of info.

Page two about us.

Page one is the home page.

Page three services, etc.

There's a lot to it.

All right, we threw that into Manus.

Manus read and analyzed the pasted content.

It came up with the structure for actually building the website.

All that's being done here, bada bing, bada boom.

I chimed in as it was working just to make sure that it actually builds the website for us and that it is functional.

and on here.

Manus did exactly what it needed to do.

And when all is said and done, it delivered us the package of code.

I then asked it how I could access the website because I thought it would deploy it live.

But it didn't.

So I told it to show me the website and here we go.

So it created this website for us.

It looks great.

In fact it looks fantastic.

Okay, we have all of our different tabs which you can click through here.

Lots and lots of information services.

We obviously need to add photos.

There is a ton of information here which man has built for us which is incredible.

So we'll need to build that out.

There's no way in the first go around that it was going to hit it on the money.

but it did do a hell of a job, so.

If you're a broker too lazy to create a website, take 10 minutes, go to Manus, build it very simple and any sort of edits and stuff, just prompt it the same way you would with ChatGPT.
