Replace Text with Ease 🎥

Hey there.

In this video I'm going to show you how you can use a replace text feature.

Now the best way to how it works is to show you how I use it.

For example, I have a calendar link that I share with people so they can book in meetings with me.

Now this link, I can't speak out to Voicy, but what I can do instead is I can go to replace text and type in the phrase calendar link and then give Voicy my URL.

So every time I start and stop a recording, I just say calendar link.

Voicy would fill it in.

So for example, calendar link.

Rather than putting in calendar link, Voicy will put in the actual link to my calendar.

Now to add something like this, you just go to the replace text feature.

You click on add replacement.

you give Voicy text to find.

So in my case it was calendar link.

Let's just type it in again.

And then whenever Voicy discovers this text in your speech, it will replace it with, your calendar link.

For example, you can also say stuff like my email or my website and Voicy will just put it in.

So let's do it with my website.

My website.

And then it's usevoicy.com.

so now that I've done that and I've saved it, let's try it out my website.

There we go.

Now let's use a longer example.

You can download the Voicy app from my website and now it will replace the from my website to from usevoicy.
