And here is an inside look at Jemi 2.

So in case you didn't know, Jemi's getting a major upgrade.

And going forward you can actually just chat with Jemmy in plain English and actually watch as Jemmy shapes your outbound messaging in real time.

Let me give you an example.

Maybe I want to shorten the subject line.

I can ask Jemmy to simply shorten the subject line.

and let's be specific here to two words.

I'm going to hit send just as I would a text message.

And here we can start to see Jemi is doing its homework.

It's applying the rules that we're giving it to its instructions tab here.

Here we can see the two worded subject lines and then Jemmy starts to craft the messaging on the side.

So as this is loading, I can give you a quick tour of how to navigate Jemi.

In this right hand panel, we can actually see a preview of the prospect that Jemi's writing emails for.

We can flip between different prospects and campaigns and also view what kinds of signals do they have on an account level and on a contact level.

If I wanted to make tiny edits, maybe instead of two worded subject lines, I want to flip it to three or four.

I can make those adjustments here in the instructions tab, which we consider advanced mode.

For the most part, you're always going to be hanging out here in the chat tab.

but in case you want to make those tiny edits, this is where we recommend you go.

I'm going to head back to the chat tab and, and actually discard my changes here because I don't want to save that.

And it looks like Jeremy actually finished with, updating the emails here so we can see across this entire sequence two worded subject lines, which is really awesome.

And what's great is here we can flip between prospects like I shared earlier.

And it seems like Jemmy applied this across all of our prospects, despite all of them having different combinations of signals.

Now if I wanted to undo this, I can simply hit this undo button here and that'll not only remove the instructions that I just gave it, but it'll also take away my, last chat.

I can also head back to previously published versions and actually view not only what the messaging looked like at the time, but how the instructions changed.

Let me go ahead and give you another example.

Maybe we want to invite prospects to, a monthly webinar series that we hold here.

I can ask Jemmy in the PS of the let's see Maybe the second email invite prospects to join our monthly webinar series.

And just so that you can see, right now we don't have a ps, no invitations yet.

Let's go ahead and hit send.

And Jemi's working its magic again, applying those instructions to the Instructions tab.

And then it's going to start rewriting the messaging here.

In the Instructions tab, we can see that that new instruction was applied.

And then, you know, if it's just you making edits or maybe you have a whole team responsible for outbound messaging.

What's nice is we have this summary tab here.

And in this summary tab you can actually get an overall view of all of the changes that you've made to Jemi's messaging, over the course of your chat history.

So it actually looks like Jemmy finished, updating the email here, so we can actually head over to, let's see, email two.

I can do that here by just toggling through the prospects.

And what's great is all of the chats that I make actually auto save as a draft.

So if I head out of the Jemi tab and come back in here, we can see that Jemi gives me this notification.

There's been two messages since the last published version.

Right.

I can see the original subject lines and there's no webinar invites on email too.

So let me just continue from my draft and pick up where I left off and then we can see those changes applied.

you're probably wondering, how does Gemmi pull in content like this right here?

Well, I'm excited to share that Jemi can actually dynamically pull in content that your reps would normally add by hand.

So let's Head over to the content tab.

And here we can now add assets like case studies, links, maybe new features.

Right.

I won't deep dive into each of them, but just to give you a general overview, the general value prop is where you tell Jemi, this is how you talk about our product and what we do.

Here's the pain points that we have.

by Persona, you might have multiple value props if you sell into different verticals.

And what's nice is for each of these seller content types, you can actually come in here and provide filters.

So for this Sendoso case study, maybe I just want to share this case study to folks who are in a marketing department.

I could get even more specific and maybe add an industry so that it only targets prospects that are in the B2B SaaS industry.

Here in sample emails, I can actually feed Jemmy examples of really great emails.

And so that way Jemmy can go ahead and summarize and understand the tone of voice, personalization techniques, and apply this style across all of my messaging here.

So in these examples, I actually just copy and pasted some emails that led to booked meetings, and I went ahead and had Gemri summarize them, and now it's actually applied to all of the emails that you saw earlier.

Maybe you're releasing a new feature and you want to share a link to a blog post that talks about it.

And if your new feature is only supposed to be marketed towards a specific industry or Persona, you can apply filters there as well.

Here in the links section is where we'll find that monthly webinar registration link that we saw earlier.

And what's really awesome, I love about this is you can even add dynamic links in here.

So what I mean by that is instead of creating a new link for every single account executive, like Bob's calendar link, we can instead just say AE Calendar link.

And when we open this up, you can apply a, variable from your CRM.

Maybe you have a field in your CRM where the calendar link changes depending on who and what account executive is assigned that account.

In all of these sections, what we're doing is we're pointing to Jemmy.

I'm not actually connected to a CRM here, but imagine this says aecalendly link, right?

And what we're doing here is we're describing to Jemmy.

We're feeding it the link, or in this case, a dynamic variable.

We're telling Jemmy what the variable is or the link is, and then we're telling Jemmy how to use it.

In the context of the messaging, just coming from the perspective of, a former sdr, I think this is so neat and such a time saver.

I think it's also important to call out where we are.

Right.

So so far what I've shown you is how to use Gemma2 on a company wide level, which means all of the instructions that I'm giving to Jemmy in this chat here and in this content tab is going to be applied to all of our messaging.

You can think about this as global rules that should apply to all of your emails that are being sent out.

Let's go ahead and publish this and then I can actually show you because in some cases you might want to change your messaging on a specific campaign level.

So here I am on the campaigns tab and let me just go ahead and open up a sample campaign we can see generate AI messages and this is where you can actually chat and talk to Jemi on the campaign level.

Now the difference between here and where we were earlier is if you make any changes on the company level again, all of your rules are going to apply globally, right across all of your campaigns.

But if you want to override any of those rules, that's when you can head over to the campaign specifically.

And maybe if I opened up, the October abx, I might not want to share that webinar link in the second email of every sequence.

So that's just an example to give you there.
