How to Use the AI Book Buddy 🤖

Hey there, lease here.

And I wanted to give you a quick walkthrough of what you can expect when you get your AI book buddy.

So the first thing that you're going to notice is that you need to sign in or sign up for account if this is the first time that you're accessing it.

So you will get a redemption code that you need to enter in order to dive on in here.

Otherwise once you have done that, all you're going to do is sign in here.

So I'm going to go ahead and do that now.

Okay.

Once you are signed in, you are going to see how many book buddies you have available, how many you've created all of those things.

Then you are going to go through and create a book, buddy.

So I've already created one so I'm just going to quickly show you kind of a little tour behind the scenes of what this actually looks like.

So when I click continue, it is going to take me to the final area.

But the steps are you're going to upload your book, so I'm going to take you back all the way through to there so you can just kind of see how this all looks.

So step one is to upload your book.

Now the simplest and fastest way to do this is to just upload a PDF version of your book.

However, if you only have an ebook version and you don't happen to have a print version, then you can take your ms.doc file and pop it into a.

Txt file or export it as a.

Txt file.

Up to you.

It doesn't matter too much about formatting.

We just need all of the content.

Now yes, your content is a hundred percent secure.

This is a private site.

So as soon as you log in, anything that you upload here is hosted on a secure server and not accessible by myself, my team or anyone else.

So you can safely upload all the things.

So the next thing that you do is you go into step two, which is a content analysis process.

Now the content analysis process will basically take you through your actual book topics.

So it's going to just summarize everything for you.

So it's going to take you back through where that is.

So this is the content analysis.

So it's going to already assume a whole bunch of things for you.

You can chat with the AI if something isn't right and you can absolutely edit anything here.

So that's all possible.

Everything in here, is auto generated, but you have the ability to just come through and go, you know what, I want to tweak some things or ask the AI to actually do some things for you.

Once you get to here, you're going to click on build your personality.

Now this is where it is going to create the book buddy for you.

So that is the process from there.

And then once you get to here, it is going to start you with some questions.

You're going to name this book Buddy if you want to.

It is 100% optional.

You can just leave it blank if you want to provide a call to action.

So imagine someone is, you know, asking questions of your book buddy and it all of a sudden the person says, you know what, I would love to work with Bill.

Can you let me know how I do that?

Or I want to dive deeper into this thing with Anna.

how can I do that?

And that's what your call to action is going to be.

So it could be to book a coaching session or whatever.

You're going to pop all of that in here.

Make sure you include a, proper link so you want to put the HTTPs in there so that is fully hyperlinked and easily accessible for that person.

Then you're going to offer, different ways to work with the personality.

And that's what the AI is going to walk you through.

This is, is the magic of, the book Buddy studio that you're in.

And it's literally going to ask you a whole bunch of different questions and you're going to answer them.

And then once you're ready to go, you're going to click on generate personality configuration.

So once you have created your personality, you will have the opportunity to test your book buddy.

Now, it will generate some questions for you based on your specific book and mine.

I have chosen to call it Coachly.

So I'm just going to choose this option and it's going to pop it down into here and start, the question so that I can just make sure that it is pulling the correct information and that there's no weird things that I need to tweak, that it sounds like me, all of those things.

So then it is going to pull content directly from your book, right?

It's going to give you all of that information.

And you can see here, that I've said that I want it to point people back to specific chapters, something I would highly recommend.

And then it's given a deeper dive, all of those things.

So this is really helpful, right?

It's literally saying if someone asks this question, this is what is going to be the response.

So when you're in this phase, you definitely want to test this a number of different times.

And then when you're ready, you're going to click on export configuration and this is going to take you to four different options.

And the option that you choose is entirely up to you, but you will find that there is a guide for each of these individual options.

So if you want a custom GPT, Magi, Persona, an actual fully customizable app, which is what you're seeing right here, and then a done for you white label version which has all of your colors, everything like that.

So there's four different options and all you have to do is click on each one and it will guide you through next steps.
