And in this video I'm going to help you get quickly started with our Attio integration.
00:08
So at Groovin, our goal is to help you save time in your daily routines and turn the CRM into the actual source of truth it's supposed to be.
00:16
So that's why we are going to have a look at how you can synchronize your LinkedIn interactions with Attio and then how you can leverage that to further increase your productivity.
00:25
So first things first, we are going to pin the extension for easy access.
00:29
And now I'm going to head out to LinkedIn.
00:33
The extension works in your inbox or on a profile page and that's the same for Sales Navigator.
00:39
And basically when I open the extension, I'm going to see the corresponding, contact in Attio and I can activate the synchronization from there.
00:49
There's also a shortcut that you always have in the chat on LinkedIn.
00:54
So what happened here is that as I activated the synchronization, all of my latest messages were imported into Attio and now all of my future messages will be synchronized as well.
01:05
I don't need to open the browser all the time.
01:08
I can even turn off my computer.
01:09
The synchronization is still going to work.
01:12
So now let's head out to the people record and we can see now that the LinkedIn events, have been logged in here.
01:20
And in that single note, I have the whole LinkedIn conversation ready here for everyone to see so that anyone can know exactly who contacted whom and what was said over LinkedIn, so that you never lose the context of your conversation and so that you prevent communications overlaps.
01:40
in addition to that, you probably noticed that the extension also works while you are in Attio, providing you with profile details coming from LinkedIn, meaning that if there's a difference then you can review the proposed changes and update, those in a single click.
01:59
In addition to that, the Groovin extension also adds a few more attributes on the people records, storing the dates and users involved in the latest LinkedIn events.
02:10
So like the last LinkedIn message sent or received or the last LinkedIn invite sent or accepted, meaning that you can then use those attributes to trigger some workflows that are going to automate stuff for you or create some reminders or launch a sequence.
02:28
Very basic example is that one in which I'm monitoring the property last LinkedIn message received at and when that's changed, I'm looking for the corresponding deal and moving the deal to the next stage, as I've received a reply.
02:48
You could imagine other kinds of workflows that are going to create some follow up tasks, in case an invite got accepted but then you never followed up.
02:59
One bonus point, let's head out back to my inbox.
03:05
Sometimes the contact doesn't already exist in the CRM and you can also use the Groovin extension to add that new contact to Attio.
03:13
What's the difference with the native Attio extension?
03:17
It's the fact that you get more flexibility.
03:19
You can actually choose which of the jobs currently listed on LinkedIn is the most relevant to you.
03:25
And if you're in a VC investment team, you can also create a placeholder company to keep track of your stealth founders.
03:34
In that case, let's create the contact this way.
03:37
What's going to happen is that of course we are going to fill in every details based on the profile details on LinkedIn, and we are also looking for the professional email so that you don't have to do that later on.
03:50
And that's it for the demo.
03:52
I hope you enjoy it and I'm looking forward to hearing your feedback.
03:55
Thanks.
