So we released a feature a, week or so ago, memories for the assistant, which is getting a lot of use and a lot of love from our users.
00:06
Getting some great feedback.
00:08
What this enables you to do is set preferences for the assistant.
00:11
So that might be, for example, you want it to reply to you succinctly.
00:13
It will save that as a memory of how you want it to behave and then from then on it will respond that way.
00:18
Now what's interesting is you can use this to do two other really fascinating things.
00:22
You can get, it to reference facts.
00:25
obviously NOAN is built on the fact for your business.
00:28
So you've got a pure fact base.
00:30
It understands every aspect of your business and you can control those and you can combine that with tooling.
00:35
So that means you can set the assistant off to do certain things and you create workflows from trigger words.
00:41
Here's one I'm going to try with sales.
00:43
I've not tried this before, so this can be interesting to see what happens.
00:46
I'm going to say I want you to add a memory.
00:47
From now on, when I say the word research, I want you to go search the URL that I include in the message, research their business model and brand, and then look at our ideal customer profile fact and give me an overview how good their potential customer they are scored a one to five.
01:00
Then give me a list of potential use cases and potential objections they might have.
01:04
This is the kind of thing I would use before a product demo.
01:07
So I quickly drop in someone's URL.
01:10
So let's see what happens.
01:13
So the assistant's now going to think about it and it should create a memory.
01:16
There we go.
01:17
So it's creating a memory.
01:20
Great.
01:20
It's got the steps of the workflow that we want it to, undertake.
01:24
So now let's drop in a URL in a new conversation and see what happens.
01:30
So I'm now going to use the, URL of one of our users.
01:33
Actually Rob, Fell, who CEO of RiskCherry.
01:36
I'm going to simply say research and then I'm going to drop riskjerry.com in and let's see if that triggers the workflow.
01:44
So the assistant searching.
01:45
Great.
01:46
Now you'd expect it to do that because there's a URL it'll automatically search.
01:49
But what we want it to do is actually trigger that workflow naturally.
