In this video, we're going to give you a little overview of the interface of Outbound, Outbond.
00:05
Now, Outbond, as you know, is highly focused on doing everything inside of the AI agent.
00:12
However, you can do so much under the hood as well.
00:15
And so I kind of want to show you a basic overview and then talk about some of the important features for you.
00:20
Okay, so we're inside the interface here.
00:22
And as you can see, I have already built a list.
00:25
So regardless of which one of the approaches you use to build a list, once you're inside, you're going to be able to see this interface.
00:34
On the left hand side you have the chat, which is the AI.
00:37
It will rarely be like this because you will have already started it because you'll have built this list.
00:43
But if you want to create a new one, you can do it right up here on the little plus.
00:48
Perfect opportunity to show you what all these buttons do.
00:51
This over here opens and closes the chat.
00:54
Awesome.
00:55
This, if you have multiple chats, will be able to find previous chats.
00:59
So in this case I see that I created a new chat just to kind of show you that chat.
01:03
And close this and you can always see the history of that past chat just like this.
01:09
Now over here is the plus to renew this.
01:13
So again, boom, come back, new conversation.
01:16
And you can start from scratch.
01:18
On the top right, we'll be able to see that there are filters.
01:21
So at any point you can apply these filters, you can add a filter and you can choose which column you would like to filter by.
01:29
You can choose, so let's just select for example the location.
01:34
then you can choose if the location includes, let's say New York.
01:42
You can basically filter so that you the one company in New York or the two ones in New York can be seen.
01:49
You can come back here at any time and you can clear these filters and it will allow you to see the entire list again.
01:55
You can do the same thing with sorting, right?
01:57
So if you wanted to have this sorted by alphabetical order by the people, Now over here you can organize your different columns.
02:07
You can choose to have them visible or invisible.
02:10
You can drag them and drop them.
02:12
So you can change the order of them and you can basically just organize them in the way that you like or see fit.
02:19
here.
02:19
Plus this is going to be a place where if you want to do things manually, you can do all sorts of things.
02:25
You can add enrichments, you can insert rows, you can insert new columns.
02:30
the new columns is pretty much something that if you want to do it manually, you can.
02:34
But you'll notice that with the chat you can also just ask for it and it will create any column, based on what you're actually asking for.
02:43
Once you are ready to actually export your list, if you would like to export it, you can just click on export list and at the bottom here you're going to actually see a note that says export list and you can click on that and download it.
02:56
And right over here you're going to find the notifications.
03:00
So here for example, I had created and exported a specific USA, CEOs table and I could click here to download it.
03:10
So as soon as you export something, you'll be able to find it here.
03:14
If I go inside of the profile, this is my cto, you're going to be able to basically click on different things.
03:21
You have the account, you have the workspace, you have the organization secrets.
03:28
I'm not going to bring you in here, but this is where you're going to connect your APIs if you want to bring in external ones.
03:35
And for paid plans, you're going to be able to upgrade, join a paid plan if you'd like to here inside of the billings.
03:43
so that's pretty much it.
03:45
And at any point you can log out from here as well.
03:48
Let's talk quickly about what happens inside of these cells.
03:52
So sometimes inside of some of these cells you're going to have more information.
03:56
So when you build a list, this for example, you can double click on and it's going to open this left little window.
04:04
Any one of the pieces of information that we have here can actually be added as a, entire column.
04:12
So for example, if you wanted to add the, let's say full headline, you could add this as a column.
04:20
It's obviously going to have a lot of information.
04:22
But now if I close this, we're going to be able to find that right here, the headline.
04:27
And it brought in everything inside the table.
04:29
This does not cost any credits by the way, which is a awesome.
04:33
there are some other things that are interesting to know from within these actual cells that at any point you can select a specific table and you're going to see that here it references this.
04:46
So you can get accustomed to do things like highlight specific things so that when you ask for something you can point it to the thing that you're talking about.
04:56
Now what's a good example of this?
04:59
If I click right here on this column, I can say, could you please enrich these LinkedIn URLs.
05:14
so I have all the profile information in this table.
05:23
This would be a LinkedIn enrichment.
05:26
Now when you actually ask this, it will go inside the table, it will look for the specific LinkedIn URL that we actually fed it here.
05:37
But you don't necessarily have to.
05:38
It would still be able to find it without it.
05:40
And then what it's going to do is that it's going to go ahead and try to enrich this company or, sorry, this personal profile.
05:48
When it does that, it's going to automatically do it.
05:51
And now we see that in here we've brought in all the information about this individual, way more than we had before, right?
05:59
All of the skills, the number of followers, the past experiences, including the current job that they are at the company name.
06:08
So here at this point we could add the company name if we wanted to.
06:12
another thing that's good practice would be to also enrich the company information.
06:17
So again, if we're trying to enrich things, we can simply click on enrich now the company profiles.
06:24
Now by default it will always only do the first five, rows of the column.
06:30
The reason for that is that if you're not happy with the results, you can always delete this column by right clicking at any point.
06:37
And here there are plenty of things that you can actually do as you can see.
06:43
but basically once you're ready, you can come here and just all rows.
06:49
This means that you want this to run for the entire rows.
06:52
You can also select multiple rows.
06:55
So if I just wanted these cells right click run just these cells.
07:00
So now you want to enrich more profiles, right?
07:04
now once you have these, we could also say enrich the LinkedIn company profiles.
07:17
And I love that I don't have to spell well to make this work because if not I would be in trouble.
07:22
but yeah, essentially you can from within here start asking for the LinkedIn personal account to be scraped the company and with both of those things we can do lots of stuff.
07:37
We can find emails.
07:39
So you could just ask for it to enrich the email, and verify it.
07:43
You can ask for it to find phone numbers, you can start building out research agents to go do deep research.
07:53
so one thing I love to do is that I'll basically say please go and scrape these leads websites and figure out whether they sell too to B2B or B2C right?
08:05
because maybe I only want to target B2B right with outbond another good example of this might be that you want to find, for example, who those people sell to, right?
08:20
There is so much research that you can do and you can simply ask it here.
08:24
You can either say, build a research agent to this, that the other, or you can ask for it to just scrape the website and do that.
08:33
And it'll build an agent because it understands, it understands what you're trying to do.
08:38
And yeah, you can qualify these leads.
08:41
If you do that, I would highly recommend that you just feed it your website, say qualify my leads and let outbond do the rest, my friends.
08:49
It'll even give you a qualification score.
08:52
You can ask for it then to do things like, please, you know, write a personalized outreach message, or you can go full on with all the control in the world and write out one that works well for you with custom variables as well.
09:10
So there's just a lot of cool stuff you can do.
09:12
But I'm getting ahead of myself.
09:13
This was really just to show you the interface and ultimately, yeah, we've made it as seamless as possible.
09:20
But if you do have any questions, then feel free to reach out.
09:24
Before I switch, I want to show you this little plus button, which is where your files always live.
09:29
So if you've created an icp, a Persona, for example, an icp, and you built your list by feeding your website, for example, you would always have these and it would use those to be able to find more, leads for you.
09:45
and at any point you can go into prospecting, which is the way that you actually, searched in the first place, and you could choose which one of those searches, you pulled from.
09:59
We brought in 25 leads from this one.
10:01
And I owe this because this has a little green light here and I can import 25 more if I want to because the goal here, my friends, is to build campaigns that scale.
10:13
Now, on the opposite side of this, you can connect this to actually send out the messages for you.
10:19
We'll be covering that in a future module.
10:21
I hope you've enjoyed this video and I'll see you in the next one.
