It will enable you to know exactly who does what in your organization, and you'll be able to update it quickly to reflect the updated version of where your organization stands.

You'll be able to inform each team and sub team with details such as its purpose, of course, all the members within each team and sub team, the domain or the decision making perimeter of those teams, the accountabilities or what you can expect from them, as well as a checklist and any indicators associated with the teams and sub teams and any notes that you'd like to take pertaining to those teams.

All the teams and sub teams are autonomous and can come organize themselves around their different topics of conversation, which are essentially threads around specific topics.

Once the meeting has been scheduled, all of the attendees can take a look at the agenda prior to the meeting and contribute any notes that they'd like to better prepare for the meeting.
