Replicating Newsletter Formats Easily 📝

If you want to make regular newsletters that are based on the same format, it is super easy to do with NOAN's smart blocks.

Your newsletter is ultimately a fact.

And you lock that in in a format here in the smart block that is then replicatable by any that can then be replicated by, the assistant or by create mode.

And here is my structure for our changelog emails and then a blog newsletter format that we have.

I want to give you a hot tip to get to these.

So the way I get to these is I have two approaches.

One is I dropped in a change log email that I'd written, or one is that I dropped in a changelog email that I'd asked the assistant.

The easiest way to get to these is just to ask the assistant for a format that can be replicated, and then drop it in.

you can do that either by working with the assistant in the workspace or in here.

You'll see.

I have asked it for, can you turn this email newsletter structure, there was already one in there that was a change log that the assistant had created, into one you could replicate.

Focus on the format, not the contents.

And as a result it's given me the format here of the change log.

Brilliant.

So that's what you're seeing in here.

And then I've gone.

Now do a version that's designed instead of the change log, but for articles that are on our blog it will include five links.

And then you can drop that in.

Now don't miss this.

That will replace that and drop the whole thing in.

but if you want to drop each different element, you can just cut and paste it.

Now what you can do is ask the assistant, when you're working with it, to create an email based on that newsletter format block, and tell it which one, and then it will create that for you.

So just make sure you reference it when you're working with the assistant in the workspace and it will create you the newsletter format in seconds.
