Streamlining Workflows with Granola 💻

It has totally changed my workflow and I want to share it with you just so that you can basically use it yourselves.

I use Granola as a note taker.

I think honestly it's the best.

It doesn't join the calls, it's not intrusive, it's, it doesn't take the whole audio, it actually just takes a transcript.

you can make notes as you go.

Really recommend.

It integrates into NOAN brilliantly in this way.

super simple and easy to use.

And we use it as a team.

Now yesterday I had a call with Landa Club.

They're a partner of ours in South America.

I'm doing a webinar for them in a couple of weeks time and I had a call with Angela.

Now Angela wasn't in my contact, she runs the community side of Landa Club.

And as a result we had a call, we talked through the format, the session, what we're going to do.

And the way that this works for me and how it's set up is the following.

So I drop any call I have about NOAN into a NOAN folder.

I just quickly select NOAN.

As soon as I do it fires a zap for me.

and here's how the zap is set up.

Now when the notes added to granola the zap's going to fire and the first thing that's going to happen is it's going to go find the contact.

And the way I've set this up is that it is going to look in NOAN network and see if Angela's email is in NOAN network.

If If it is, it's just going to add the note in granola into her memos.

If it isn't, it's going to go and create a contact for me and then add that note to the memos.

It's that simple.

Really, really easy to set up, really easy to do.

and so this fired for me yesterday, moved it in.

Fired.

And then here, I'll just show you how this, turns, up.

They're but here is her, contact created in emails in there, websites in there.

And then here is the memo that's been added and we're good to go.

And now anyone on the team, just a reminder in the assistant, it can recall and access any of these memos, any of the context of any of your, contacts in your network.

So in a couple of weeks, when I get closer to doing this webinar, I'm just going to ask it, what was my chat with the Landa Club team?

What did we say we had to cover?

boom, I'm good to go.

So really simple, really easy to set up.

And if you also pair it with our NOAN zap to drop contacts into network, you've basically got all the foundations for, killing your CRM.

Couple of really exciting things to come in the next couple of weeks which are going to really help you kind of go even further in that.

but yeah, set this up.

If you're using note taking, I really recommend granola.

Set that zap up.

It is dead simple and you start to build your contacts.

Every call, you're building context around anyone you're speaking to.
