Cost Breakdown

Hey, in this video I'm going to walk you through the costs associated with launching and keeping your HOA apartment community running.

A good thing to note is that you are going to have a few ongoing costs.

So this video should give you a clear indication on what those costs are.

The good news is that it is fairly priced for you to get going.

And just to dive right in, you are going to need to upgrade your member Stack account.

And these plans start at US$29 a month and that should be more than enough for you to get started.

And then you can upgrade your account for to account for the new volume of residents.

And then we have webflow.

I can't exactly say how much you are going to spend when it comes to a webflow plan because everybody's use case is going to be a little bit different.

But when it comes to a site plan, which is most likely what you are going to need, unless you're adding this template to another site, then you're going to need to upgrade to a CMS plan.

And these plans start at US$29 a month billed monthly or US$23 a month billed annually.

And then the next accounts you are going to need are completely optional.

And if you want to have a virtual tour on your site for different properties, then you are going to have to create an account with Momento 360 and the account starts off as free and this should be more than enough to get you going.

And then from here you can upgrade as you see fit.

You'll also need to create another free account with Events Calendar.

So over here with Events Calendar and this is so that you can embed different events for your community.

And if you need any more features then you can upgrade your account as you see fit.

But the free plan is more than sufficient to get you going.

And then that brings us to the costs of the template which will be US$50 if you are a member Stack customer and a hundred US dollars if you are not a member Stack customer.

This is a once off fee and you do not need to continue paying this fee once you have bought the template.
