Let me walk you through how to do that.

So entering the dashboard you can click new survey so you can set up the survey type from NPS or CSAT and you can customize the survey question, the open ended follow up question, the position the pop up should be on your website and the trigger from time scroll or access intent, the background color and the text color for it to fit with your brand colors.

And after you done designing click Save survey and then click get code and you will see the survey pop snippet code here there are two types of snippet code.

First is the google tag manager the second is for the custom code.

So if you are a website developer engineer and know how to code the website yourself then this is what we recommended you to use.

you just need to copy this code and then paste it before the closing body tag on your website and the survey should be pop up with the certain trigger and condition you set up.

But for most of us like me I'm a product manager in my full time job we don't know how to code but I know how to like insert some of the JavaScript like an extension or plugin to our website to add some functionality.

So this is exactly how the survey pop works and you just need to copy this code and go to the Google Tag Manager dashboard.

This is it, the Google Tag Manager Dashboard.

Under the Tags tab, you just need to go click the new tag.

Let's name it SurveyPop And in the tag configuration, you just need to choose from the custom HTML tag, paste, the snippet code we provided, and select the trigger to trigger the pop up survey.

Here I select the SurveyPop dashboard page view, which means that the pop up survey will show up when I enter in the dashboard of the SurveyPop platform.

Click Save.

And after you save this, snippet code, just click Submit and it will be published to your website.

So let's see how it works.

Right now I will click Preview Okay, so in the preview mode you will see the Google tag assistant working here.

just collapse it.

And do remember where do I want the pub up survey appear?

It is the dashboard.

So entering the dashboard and wait for three seconds, boom.

the survey pop up.

like just click like 10 submit.

You will see the thank you message.

Go to the responses and you will see the response instantly.
