Because Known is great with the assistant Known network, but once you start connecting your stack to it it becomes incredibly powerful.
00:06
So what I wanted to do is give you the three ways that I use it, the three easiest ways for you to connect Known to your stack that are going to give you incredible efficiencies and just make your business start to really hum, in an AI native way.
00:23
So first way that we use it, which is insanely powerful and really simple, is we use it for ideas.
00:32
So let me just show you this.
00:33
We have a zap.
00:35
You can zap anything into notes.
00:37
so three places you can zap things into.
00:39
You can zap them into notes, you can zap them into tasks, you can zap them into contacts.
00:43
We'll talk a bit about those in a minute.
00:45
but zapping into notes is really powerful for ideas and we have it set up in a really simple way.
00:52
And I recommend this doesn't matter what you use, whether it is Slack, like we do, or Teams or Gmail, whatever you're using, you can set Known up so that you have a really simple hot word.
01:05
So all I have here with Slack is if any of us mentions Known feature in Slack, it then sends that idea with the link to the message straight into Known Notes.
01:18
Now what I do from there is I just jump into the assistant and I ask it to recall the idea and then I start working on the idea.
01:25
And for us that means turning it into a GitHub ticket so that our team can build.
01:31
might mean turning it into an email outreach to a partner, whatever it is, but that is a really really really simple way to immediately start actioning the ideas you have and you're all going to have a lot across your business.
01:45
So that's the first thing.
01:47
The second one that I really recommend is connecting it to whatever meeting note taker you're taking or using.
01:55
I use granola.
01:57
Honestly I really recommend granola over any of the others.
01:59
I think it is just so simple and easy to use.
02:02
and the way I have mine set up is I have a folder within Granola and whenever I have a meeting it will then I'll put it in that folder.
02:12
So if it's a known meeting I put it in that folder and then it will automatically send a summary, not all the transcript, but it'll have a link to the transcript and the summary straight into known notes.
02:23
And I want to just show you the power of that.
02:24
I had a call with James Cooper group, who's working with us, and on some creative work that we're doing.
02:32
And I just want to show you this right now.
02:34
Like I had a call with James Cooper yesterday in my notes, give me a summary of what we talked about and now it's going to go recall the note from my chat with James.
02:49
And there you go, straight away summaries right there and then.
02:52
So that is a really, really easy way to use any of those notes that you have and, and sending them straight into notes.
03:03
Now what I do is in that instance with James, I actually immediately just ask the assistant to turn that note into a brief for somebody else for us to work on.
03:12
But what I also do is if I've just had a call with someone who is in my contacts, I'll ask the assistant to turn that note into a memo in their contact and it does it in seconds.
03:24
and so that's a way to send anything into your notes from, from your meeting note taker really, really recommend it.
03:31
You're going to get an incredible amount out of it, particularly once you connect that flow to contacts.
03:39
and just on that imminently you'll be able to zap updates straight into contacts themselves.
03:46
So that'll be a real game changer.
03:47
It's not quite there yet, but I'll let you know obviously when that comes out.
03:50
So that is my second way ideas is first, second is, is your meeting notes into known notes.
03:57
The third way is for you to use the Known Networks app.
04:03
So you can now send any lead straight into known network and that is a way to gather any of those contacts you have.
04:12
All you have to do is put a type form up and you can then connect it or it might be from something else.
04:17
You might have a different type of form, Google form, whatever it is, where however you're gathering your contacts, investors, whatever it is, or you can then send them now straight into Node Network.
04:28
And this is dead easy.
04:29
So here we have a new entry on Typeform.
04:32
And then just creating a contact in known network and then in the known network widget you can see every single day who, the latest sales leads you have who've come in and then you can work with the assistant on those leads.
04:46
So for most people in group that is going to be such an easy way to kind of bypass the more traditional CRM.
04:51
You can still send this information into your traditional CRM if you have a newsletter or anything else else.
04:55
we're not quite there yet, unknown CRM capabilities.
04:58
But if you're doing one to one sales with individuals, this is insanely powerful because you gather all of their information and then they drop it straight in.
05:07
And then the assistant can access that and recall it any time and you're off to the races.
05:12
You can immediately work with the assistant on communicating with them.
05:15
so that is my third way.
05:17
First way is ideas straight into no notes.
05:20
Second way is any of your meeting, insights, summaries straight into known notes and then you can do what you want with them.
05:27
And then the third way is creating contacts, and then monitoring them in the known network widget.
05:33
And also you can switch in known network to a view of the latest updates and I'll show you that now.
05:42
So here in Activity you have the known network widget.
05:45
This will show you the latest contacts that have been added today.
05:48
So if you've got that Typeform, or any, form zapping straight in here, you'll see which contacts you've got, then you can see how many you've got this week and also your total number of contacts.
05:59
We've got more, coming in this space soon.
06:02
You can then view all your contacts and what you can do is you can actually show contacts in a list.
06:07
This list will be based on when these contacts were added.
06:11
So you can start to see who the latest contacts were, and these will all be in time order.
06:15
And then you can work with the assistant to recall these at any time.
06:20
So that's a quick overview for you just to the three best ways to connect known to the rest of your stack.
06:25
I, think if you do that, you'll be up and running and you'll really start to see a lot more benefits from working with the assistant.
06:32
It is my go to, right?
06:33
We're building an AI native company and shipping it to you.
06:36
I use it every single day.
06:38
and the power I get out of it is absolutely incredible.
06:41
But connecting those different aspects will make a big difference for you.
