Company Online Presence

So today I'm super excited to show you the company online presence template.

Now this is I think pretty self explanatory.

but what we often end up like a situation we often end up in is that we might have information about a company like its business ID or its company name.

And now we want to find their website, YouTube, LinkedIn, all that stuff.

And this especially happens in cases where you might be targeting more local companies, where you might find some website that kind of lists governmental registry type information like we might have their their company name, their business id, maybe even their address, something like that.

But you know, their website isn't listed there.

So now we have to go confidently from again a business idea, for instance to a website.

And the problem here is of course the level of confidence because sometimes like give me a certain business ID and I might find a website that looks like yeah, this seems to be that company, but I'm not entirely sure.

So what ends up being the case is that we, it's really important to kind of decide for yourself do you want to minimize false positives or false negatives?

so is it kind of okay if you find some pages that are like not actually belonging to this particular company or do you just want to make absolutely sure that if something is returned it is definitely for the right company?

So that's kind of up to you.

But the template itself is pretty straightforward.

So what I've done here is that I have input a business id, of a Swedish company and what we can see here is that it outputs its website, it's checking for a Twitter and it's finding it, it's finding the TikTok, no YouTube, in this case, it couldn't confidently find.

That it confidently finds the Facebook, the LinkedIn and the Instagram.

And again what's interesting to note here is of course, of course both the URL but also the confidence.

So what you might want to do is to create a formula column here that only returns the, for instance the website if the confidence is also high and otherwise not.

And this is totally up to you and how you want to approach this.

But again that is the general approach here.

All you have to input is the kind of governmental type data that you might get like the business id.

You can of course add another column with the company name, address.

Anything that can help the AI to understand anything you know about the company is helpful.

But in general it has been tuned here in the prompt to only return things that it is like quite confident in and otherwise really mark that.

We did find something, but the confidence is low and it also includes the reasoning here.

So pretty simple template, but extremely useful in general.
