When you're working with the NOAN assistant, it can control most of NOAN and it's key that you're clear with the way that you communicate with it.
00:08
So let's just show you a quick example.
00:09
Now I'm going to ask the assistant to add a note and I've given it direction on two things, what I want it to do across NOAN So add a note as opposed to adding a task or searching documents and and then the detail that I'm looking for for it to do, it's that simple.
00:26
When you're communicating with it, if you're adding a note, be direct, think it's almost like an employee.
00:32
I want you to add a note, then just give it the direction of what you want.
00:35
If you wanted to add tasks, do the same thing, analyze documents, search the web.
00:39
You just have to communicate it in a way that the NOAN assistant understands.
00:44
It's built on natural language control.
00:46
And the way that this assistant works behind the scenes is that it's looking at what you need and then it's switching to do the right thing at the right.
00:53
That's how it feels so seamless.
00:55
the best way to get great results is just to be direct.
00:58
Be clear in the way that you communicate and be direct in what you want and use the same language that you see across NOAN.
01:05
For example, if you are adding a contact to your network and you want to add certain details, such as the company they work at, you'll see on NOAN that it's called company.
01:15
Just use that language with the assistant and it will do that for you.
01:19
Everywhere you see something named on NOAN, essentially that's the language that you want to use when working with the assistant.
01:25
So if you wanted to add a memo to a contact, use the word memo and the assistant will understand.
01:31
Now, if you use different language, the assistant will most of the time work it out because it understands the direction and the context of what you're after.
01:37
But if you want really quick results and to really streamline your workflow, just be super clear.
01:42
For example, if you want a contact to be public or private, you can say private and it will be private.
01:49
One other thing to understand is that the assistant also knows the context of your conversations.
01:55
So if you're in a long conversation with the assistant and you want to, for example, make a memo about something you talked about earlier, you can just ask it to do that and it will look back at, that part of the conversation, recall it, and add it to a memo.
02:08
If you wanted to look across your other conversations, you can ask it to do that and pull something from there.
02:13
It understands all the different conversations that you've had.
02:16
Again, though, just be directional in how you talk to it and you'll get the best results.
