All right, so today we're going to be breaking down how we've generated 110 leads in four months or more.

Actually more than 110 leads for full service funnels and E commerce marketing agency.

So I'm just going to go over what this agency does, who they are, who we targeted, what was the strategy and then what was the results.

So, so in terms of the actual company background, full service funnels, they are an E commerce marketing agency like I said.

So we go on the website here, we can see here is yes, they do like CRO, they have good case studies, great company if we come here.

this is also their LinkedIn, in terms of the services they offer, it's web dev and CRO mainly.

And the problem that they came to us with was that they were sort of relying on referrals for new clients just for most of their business lifetime.

And they just needed to implement lead generation to kind of grow to the level that they needed.

They've tried cold email before but it didn't seem to work.

They were you know, sort of hesitant but they, they decided to give, give us a shot and things turned out well.

So if we go here in terms of the targeting, they wanted to reach out to supplement brands and five to 30 employees.

So you know, supplement brands making anywhere from like let's say 30 to 40k a month to maybe 200, 300k a month, whatever.

obviously in the states and then we have CEO/founders, the decision maker, these are the qualifications.

And so our strategy, we kind of knew going into this that E Comm was one of the toughest industries to break into, especially supplement brands who everyone hits up.

And so instead of just hitting them with this direct offer, we knew we needed to use some sort of lead magnet, entry level offer to make it easy to say yes, build trust and then full service funnels can take it from there once they actually have the lead and they're engaged in terms of the market research.

So we start by obviously digging into the ICP, understanding what are their pain points, etc.

And in terms of CRO related pain points because that's what full service funnels want to offer.

What we found was they are struggling.

There's a unique insight that we found which was that these brands tend to spend money on ads, but they don't realize that a lot of the traffic that they're getting on their website is not converting.

The issue is the conversion, not the traffic.

and so many of Them were kind of failing to optimize these pages properly, especially the product page.

That was like a unique one, the product page, because that's the most important page, right?

This is where people purchase.

And so they were just bleeding money, losing sales.

And so with this insight we basically had the idea for the lead magnet, which is to basically redesign their product page with CRO optimization just to help them convert more of those visitors into paying customers.

And so we wanted to even make it stronger.

So what we thought decided to do was figure out, okay, well what product do they actually care about the most?

Because there's many product pages where it's definitely the best selling one because that's where they see the most potential.

And so we were like, okay, cool, let's offer it to optimize for the best selling, product page.

So this was the offer now for actually reaching out.

What should the messaging be like?

And so what we decided to do was we built this AI workflow in Clay.com, where we had this AI web researcher research these supplement brands at scale.

So we built the list.

We had the AI go into each and every single one of their websites and then pull out the name of the best selling product.

So we prompted it and trained it to basically find, okay, which one has the most reviews, is most, prominently displayed and all that stuff is clear right here.

And then we just wanted to do this so that we can use that product name in the email and be like, hey, we'll upgrade this product name, this product's product page so that we're tying the personalization to the offer.

A lot of people use just, you know, AI personalization in a very meaningless way.

That's why you probably ignore all the emails you get in your inbox because it's meaningless.

But when it ties to the offer and it actually helps and shows that you put in effort and it really does just, it does way better than using meaningless, AI personalization.

And so it also made the outreach feel human.

And also another thing was we knew that basically if it was free that, you know, it wouldn't be valuable, right?

If the product page is for free, then no one, no one's really going to care because it's free.

It doesn't seem valuable.

You know, anyone could just start a new agency and then reach out and offer stuff for free as like a freelancer just to, you know.

But we knew that full service funnels actually had credibility.

So they had a strong case study to leverage and so we added that as like literally just an FYI line in the email and it ripped as well because it added more social proof.

We actually split tested the original email versus the social proof.

One social proof obviously did better.

So if we look here, this was what the email kind of looked like.

And so super simple, super straight to the point, right?

And then we came up with a lead magnet, something that we can offer for free, free, that shows the value of their service and solve this pain point that we found.

And then we just basically offered to offer, we just offered to fix this pain point, that is the most painful for them, which is the best selling product because that's their baby, right?

That's where they have all their like, you know, psychological, you know, love towards this product.

And we also added social proof to show them that we're not just offering a freebie like a kid in his bedroom, basement, mom's basement, right?

And then we also kept the email super short, and Boom, we got 110 leads.
