How to share and download your first video

Hi, I'm Grant from Tella and I'm going to show you how to share and download your videos.

So here we are back in the editor.

This is the video that we worked on in the last video in the series, which is all about editing.

Now that we have finished editing it, we can share it with our viewers.

To do that, you can just head up to the top right, push the share button, and then you can click on the copy link button that will copy the link to your clipboard and then you can share that with whoever you like and they'll be able to watch the video in their browser on the web.

You can change the video's access on this option here.

So right now it's set to anyone with the link, but I could limit that to just the members of my workspace, the people in my team, or I could set a password with a password protected video.

You can share the video publicly, but only people with the password will actually be able to watch it.

For more granular preferences and settings, just click on the viewer, settings option and you can change a bunch of extra stuff in there.

Now when you share the link to your video with someone, they're not going to get access to this page, which is the editor.

Instead they will get access to the view page for you.

To preview the view page and see what your viewers will see, just head up to the top right where there's this little play icon.

Click that and you'll be taken to the view page.

You can edit the video's title here.

You can add a call to action button, and of course you can play back the video and see what the final result looks like.

You and your viewers can adjust the playback speed, toggle on and off captions, mute it full screen it, all of that good stuff.

Tella renders videos instantly, so there's no need for you to wait around before you can share your video.

you can copy its link and share it with anyone right away and they'll be able to watch it instantly.

You can also download your video.

So if you want to publish your video to somewhere like YouTube or LinkedIn or X, click on the download option and you'll see a bunch of extra options here.

The file, type how you want to include the subtitles, its size, which frame rate, then just push download and that will download a version of the file to your desktop that you can then publish to those other places and that is how you share and download your videos in Tella.
