Projectworks x Employment Hero Integration

Hi, I'm Lauren.

I'm a sales engineer here at Project Works and I am here to tell you a bit more about our brand new integration with Employment Hero.

So the way it works is that once you're connected, an employee can log leave in Employment Hero and then that gets automatically exported upon approval into Project Works.

So I'll walk you through that now.

So if I'm an Employment Hero, I can go ahead and add a new leave request.

Let's do it for a week, and I'll go ahead and approve that.

So that's approved.

If I go over to Project Works, I can refresh my screen and that leave has, come through immediately.

The benefit of this is that you can go into resourcing, for example, and your capacity or an employee's capacity will be reduced based on their leave that they have requested.

So I can look in here and see that I have taken 16 hours of leave this week, and it's also reduced next week as well, in terms of my capacity.

So that's reflected with that little airplane icon.
