Also when looking at audience it doesn't tell you audience size any more: it says "size not available"

They don't seem to let you edit a saved audience (or edit an audience in a duplicated campaign), so it looks like you're stuck with "advantage" if you want to vary the targetting or got it slightly wrong last time.

@anon - There could be a few things going on here so let's run through the most likely. 1. The very first thing I would check is to see if you can publish the ad anyway. Sometimes the "errors" Facebook flags are no such thing, and really performance suggestions - which you can often ignore. This is especially true of the Advantage stuff I talk about in this video but they can do it with all sorts of things. Usually you can hover over the error and get some more info, but check if you can publish regardless. Next I would see if there is some old glitchy ad in draft gunking up the system. If that's the case, click Discard Drafts (usually beside the Publish button in the top right of your interface). And then try to publish your new ad again. However, if it is payment related, that's differnet. I see payment issues pop up with Facebook Ads and Amazon Ads regularly. I don't know why they are so frequent, Amazon Ads in particular. I think Amazon often does things like a test transaction every so often for $0.01 to check a payment method is still valid and active, and sometimes this can look shady to banks. Anyway, I recommmend contacting your bank to check there is no issue on their side with your payment method. Once you have that confirmation then you can go to Facebook with that information and let them take a look. Alternatively, you can try a different payment method. I actually use PayPal as my main payment method for several years now and I haven't had one such issue since doing that - so if that suits you, that could be something to consider, but you could probably also avoid most of these issues by having more than one payment method on file.

I have been trying over a week now to get my Facebook ad campaign to go live. Facebook keeps telling me either I have unpublished edits or my credit card information could not be verified. I have watched your more detailed video three times now and best I can tell, I have followed and clicked and unclicked everything suggested. The ad is still showing errors, but they don't tell me what and where the errors actually are. Do I need to just start over with a new ad campaign? Or copy the existing ad and re-input the credit card information? Any suggestions. PS: Thank you for your videos, but they are difficult to keep up with as everything is presented so quickly. Thanks again.
