As somebody who spends more than 50% of her time on LinkedIn reaching out to potential candidate, it was always very difficult for me to keep a track of people I'm reaching out to for which roles, what is the status, what is the conversion rate we have where did we leave the last conversation, what is the update and all of that stuff.

So for that, without of course without involving a CRM.

So for that I tried to automate this workflow of mine by building a chrome extension for LinkedIn wherein every time I open somebody's profile my floater will automatically log the lead.

It will automatically detect the past organization the role that they're ideal for.

Of course I can add as many role as possible here and the last status.

And one interesting thing as soon as a message pops up on my inbox or on my homepage this automatically change it to replied and I will be able to add any notes etc and save it on my lead.

the lead as soon as I click on my dashboard link it takes me to my dashboard wherein I will be able to see how many people were reached out to each and every role what was the response rate.

Of course we're going to further automate it to get more and more insights on the analytics but at the moment this is what we needed.

For example, if a certain conversation with who is my lead, the last message was from me, I had shorted JD and they're supposed to respond on that I will automatically get an alert that I need to follow up with this person.

It's already been three days So this definitely helps me track everything better and I'm looking forward to automating it further.
