I'm talking about mail AI and this is the main dashboard.

Now today I just wanted to show you a quick overview of this tool and show you how we can create first use case using AI automation inside of this tool specifically for your email.

So as you can see I connected my personal email account.

You know, before I have before my work email I have my personal account and I subscribes on a lot of stuff and I wanted to fix something today which is to collect my newsletter, I like and generate some ideas for my own newsletter and so on and so forth.

Now before we go into the main use case, I just wanted to give you some hints how this tool is amazing.

So you have account, you can add more multiple accounts.

Here you have main inbox which is basically the same thing inside of this.

But what is a good thing now it's embedded with this agent calendar, same thing.

Basically you have this agent that can communicate with your calendar, do some automation, do some follow ups etc.

You have your main dashboard which is a great thing to you know, follow how many emails you receive today, how many of them are unread, you can put them as a high priority.

You have drafts, you have proposals, you have settings, so on and so forth.

so yeah you have action Items, email categories, etc.

Now before we go into the AI agents I also want to give you some few overviews, you know, so the real magic here, for example you have Slack integration, that means you know you can fetch monthly revenue report and subscription insights and send them daily to summary and say it send it to your team inside of Slack, you have Stripe which is great option to be connected, which eventually is now connected with this feature which is Invoice.

AI basically can create invoices from here using this AI agent.

Even you can create a template that fits your branding, media kit, and so on.

And now the fun part, let's build something.

So when you go into the AI agent tab you have agent, you have automation.

In this case I wanted to show you one say really great use case study how we can track your newsletters you like, how you can avoid the newsletter you don't like and later on you can you know give them to unsubscribe and of course how you can use those good newsletters to get inspired.

If you run your own newsletter and create some interesting ideas.

So you click simply Automation then you click new automated job.

Now here you have already templates from mail AI which you can eventually use so we can just see them quickly.

So when you click create custom automation.

So you have few options here.

Manual interval interval hourly daily weekly in this case I'm going to go with weekly every Monday I'm good with this.

Click continue settings and now you can add name let's say newsletter weekly summary plus newsletter content inspiration description let's say summary of my fav newsletters and some suggestions for content ideas.

This is optional but it's good to have for better organization.

Now the fun part AI instructions so now consider this if you ever built GPT it's almost similar thing but the thing here is all embedded with your email which is amazing stuff.

So I already prepared some prompt just give me a second to paste it.

Now if we analyze this prompt carefully you can see I have core tasks to identify and categorize it.

we these are stuff I want to keep right?

Business and marketing chart topics I'm interested AI automation personal newsletters from the individual creators and writers.

What I don't want to keep and I want to ditch it it's company updates promotional offers clothing fashion brands that I eventually sign up in a pass and some and some other stuff decision criteria I also included I keep it if it's written by individual person.

I also add some of the company newsletters.

For example Jacob from Relay up is really one of my favorite newsletters and he always provide great resource highly recommended him.

and I don't want to have promotional offers clothing, fashion, generic stuff and etc.

I also include to inscribe unsubscribe as a option not to do it automatically but to put them into the one category so I can later on unsubscribes and now fun part is the summary output.

So what I want to have from this agent is I wanted to have business and marketing newsletters key insights and linked newsletter by name some automation topics and personal newsletters and I eventually once I have those inputs I want to have content ideas for my own newsletter.

You know to see which type of the angle I can use hook maybe email subject line etc.
