Add the option to include other variables to the Voyage Code system generated codes_08/2025

Hello everyone.

We are rolling out a great new update to the Voyage code feature designed to help you standardize voyage naming and save time.

Previously, when creating a voyage, the auto generated code was limited to a few variables like the voyage, owner, vessel and current date.

This meant you often had to manually edit the code to match the specific naming conventions like like adding the fixture date.

Now we've introduced the fixture date as a new variable you can use to build your voyage codes.

This is particularly useful for clients who requested the ability to standardize their naming conventions as for example CP + fixture date.

You can now set up a template that automatically includes this information, ensuring your codes are standardized for from the moment a voyage is created.

We believe this new feature will make your workflow smoother and more aligned with your specific business needs.
