Hi, my name is Vikrant and I'm going to show you how the networking buddy works in exactly two minutes.

Once you're on the screen you can go ahead and install this as an app.

But I'm going to show you the web app so it's clearer and it's easily visible when I'm sharing my screen.

So you go ahead and click on Start for free Now you go ahead and put in your name and your work email and click on send verification code.

It takes a couple of seconds and it will give you a four digit verification code on your email.

Going to go ahead and put that in The first time when you log in, it takes about 60 to 90 seconds for it to set up your account.

What it does in that 60 to 90 seconds is go to your website and figure out who your ICP is, who do you sell to, what are the job titles, what's a good fit for you and that's available in the ICP and fit settings.

So you can go here as soon as you log in and check whether this makes sense or not.

If it doesn't you can make a couple of changes here and go ahead and save the criteria.

We'll go back into the scanning session now.

here you can go ahead and first choose the event that you want to do these scans for so you can go and add a new end for whichever event you're attending.

Right now I'm going to keep this in general networking and you can go ahead and scan the event batch.

Now I'm going to show you what this looks on the phone because that's the easiest and it'll give you like a real life perspective on what it looks like.

So I'm going to go ahead and click on Scan event batch and I've written down our co founder's name here.

And this is what usually event patches look like where you have the name as well as the company name.

So I'm going to go ahead and click a picture.

You can see what the picture looks like.

That's the name and the company name.

And I'm going to go and say okay.

What it does is it starts reading the batch then you can see it's found Tanay on LinkedIn now and once you have this detail you can go ahead and click on Save Contact.

Now let me show you what it looks like.

Once the profile is scanned you can see the name, the job title, name of the company, how many employees.

It tells you whether the profile is a good match for you or not.

It gives you some talking points and some icebreaker points here.

If you guys end up exchanging business cards, you can add that here as well.

Tells you where you met.

And here's something that I really like.

It gives you a follow up message that you can just go ahead and copy and use it to follow up either on email or on LinkedIn.

Another thing that I end up using a lot is the Record a voice note feature, where after a conversation gets over, I can quickly go ahead and record a voice note, capture all the context of the conversation that I can use later on.

And this is something that we end up using a lot as well, where it gives you complete details.

This is like a deep research on each and every profile, their company, as well as why this is a good fit or not.

Now, all the people that you end up scanning in that particular event are available in this dashboard.

Now, this dashboard has all the people that we've scanned as a team, and these events are available here.

So you can go ahead and filter them out as well.

And all of the scans are exportable as a CSV.

So once you click on Export CSV, you get all the names, all their research, all the voice notes, everything available in one place.

Another nice thing about this is if five of your team members are attending the same event, you can go ahead and create your individual logins.

As far as your domain name remains the same, all of them get tagged together.

So right now you can see, here is something that I have scanned, here is something that another team member has scanned, and here is something that a third team member has scanned.

All of the scans are available here.

So in an event when there are multiple people, all of your scans come in one place attached to the same event, and you can go ahead and export it as a CSV.
