About Arofits Academy

Hi, I'm Kelly Stifora.

It says at the top of this page that Arofits Academy is the teacher and the engineer.

I'm the teacher.

My brother Andrew is the engineer.

And there's a reason we built Arofits Academy together.

I taught communication at Red River College Polytechnic in Manitoba for 17 years.

Before that I worked in radio journalism and corporate communications.

I across it all, I kept meeting the same person.

Smart, capable, good at their job, and quietly convinced that they were bad at communication.

They weren't.

It's just that nobody ever taught them.

That's the thing nobody tells us in school.

Communication is a skill, not a personality trait.

A, skill and skills can be learned and developed.

Andrew spent nearly three decades with working in web development, building enterprise data systems, and most recently studying AI systems and becoming a certified AI consultant.

And when AI got good enough to give every learner something a classroom never could.
