I've been doing a bunch of research on like hers and Hermes agents, like opening up like those on like a virtual computer.

So I'm just like wrapping my head around the agents because I have two companies.

I have Corso Capital Partners.

It's like a real estate investment focus firm, which is moving like a little slow.

Not too much going on right now just because of the debt markets right now.

Then I have Asset Edge Concepts.

That's like my focus and where I really would like to roll when I'm using AI the most.

and that I have a manufacturing company, so I'm procuring and sourcing for hotels multifamily.

because I was in private equity my whole career, working for these large funds.

And I left about a year ago on my own.

So I'm kind of like a just entrepreneurial ex.

Private equity guy, fun guy.

So what I really want to do is just start building both companies right away with as much automation as possible.

Like, for instance, the Asset Edge Concepts company, if a lot of decks.

Like, I spend most of my time just maxing out my tokens and claude, mostly, or doing white papers and perplexity.

so in my mind I have, you know, I'd like to have like a call, like a sales lead, agent flow, right?

That's like producing and delivering warm leads.

Then I'd want like an internal ops, which is doing anything from accounting to, you know, coordination just with team members and then, a research one.

So I mean, in my head I could probably, if I sat down and wrote out four or five different agents, right, that I ideally would like to have it build out.

So they're badass.

That's what I would like to do.

My whole thing.

I love AI.

I'm using it all day, every day.

I just haven't like the whole agent thing just like kind of like twist my head up.

It's like looking into space at night.

You're like, wow, that one star could be a sun for a whole nother solar system.

Right.

I get a little lost.

so I just.

I'm looking for these options.

And especially you guys are linked to Dan.

I figured like, you know, you guys must have something pretty good here, which is why I moved forward with the, request.

And then when it comes down to.

Because, like, I heard sales agent flow, like internal ops and accountant, like, coordinating with your team and whatnot.

I guess.

Help me understand.

Like, have you tried anything else to like, have you tried to set up an open claw or anything similar to build those out?

So I try with open claw, but I'm like, with all these APIs and shit, like, I'm just like, it's so annoying, right?

Like, I don't want to.

I really don't want to deal with that much nonsense.

Like, I rather spend the time, focusing on just having a reliable set of agents, right, that are working in the same ecosystem.

Okay, and then when you say reliable, like, walk me through what that means to you.

You know, like, like, you know, for instance, like, it's given a lot, right?

So it's like, it's like to grasp all this again.

It's, it's.

I'd rather get a better grasp of the current reality before focusing on, like, what his actual problem is right now.

so I don't think this is a bad approach.

I think this is good in terms of like, schematics, right?

Or architecture for each agent, building out, like, identifying the core variables, understanding that within those variables there's going to be some that are easy, right?

It's like, okay, I want.

I need a deck for this investor or this project.

It's going to know, like, the basics of like, you know, this is the style of the deck.

But then depending, for instance, like, if it's a large institutional ownership group, right?

And it needs to sense or understand the different types of ownership groups, and I understand that that might take a little bit more training, right, to build out that variable within the agent flow.

like I'm, I'm technical.

Like, my undergrad degree is in engineering, right?

so I can, like, I understand just kind of this flow.

I just need it.

Like, I just don't want to worry about.

I want to focus.

Like, what I'm good at, like, what I'm good at is just like flywheels, right?

And I need this within the flywheel without too much brain damage, if that makes sense.

That's fair.

We talk to people all the time where they've tried to set up Open Call or something else, and they end up just being a developer instead of a founder sitting there trying to pull all day, and they're just like, hey, I built this agent.

It can't run a.

Like a regular task.

It's forgetting everything.

I don't want to do it.

Structure.

The security side isn't there.

I have to Wait two months to order my next Mac Mini.

And it's just.

yeah.

And also too like, you know, on Madness, like, because Dan was big on Manus, like a few months ago and I, I was just messing around.

Like, I had Manus build me like on a Saturday night, like a LinkedIn research scraper, like to organize leads for me.

And I'm like, wow.

And I had to build me a CRM, right?

And I'm just like, this is fantastic.

But I'm like, okay, wait, now I gotta learn how to fucking host it so that my team can use it.

Like that part of it.

I'm sure it's easy for you guys, but again, it's like that type of stuff I don't want to freaking deal with.

Like, just like it's a pain in the ass.

Yeah, no, I feel that.

Okay.

And just so you know, like with the support side, guys like Hunter, we have a few other people on our team.

Just because we don't want you to sit there and figure it out with yourself.

We have it done with you.

So we can just hop on Zoom with you or someone on your team and like walk you through all of it step by step just to help you build it as much as you'd like.

Just because we don't want you to feel like you have to hire AI engineer for like $100,000 a year.

I was in a meeting last week in Chicago.

This guy who was like, he's like a mentor to me.

He got me to grad school, help me get to grad school.

And you know, pretty impressive company called the Gettys Group.

And like, you know, they have a CTO who's been there for 17 years and they have like four full time developer software guys building out all these apps and like they white label their own software.

And I was having a call with one of my advisors and investors like yesterday and he was saying he's like, so what you're telling me, Francis, is the only reason like the partnership is really worthwhile is because they're tech stack.

And I'm like, pretty much, yeah.

But I'm like, if I can figure it out myself, and I feel confident, confident about it because really it's like internally I have 10 hotel projects.

Right now's the perfect time.

Like I have one core project, I have a lot of, like five others, like trailing it, about to enter the ecosystem.

Right.

For the procurement, manufacturing side.

So I feel like now is the perfect time to, to just build something from Scratch that's reliable.

you know, for instance, a dashboard that's talking to my manufacturers or manufacturing people in Asia.

Right.

Again, this is like a very like consultative call.

A lot of conversation.

But again, it's all contextual.

It's still context.

It's not like he's getting scattered.

it's just how we use this information, you know, it's a matter of like, if you can shift from letting him ramble like this to like actually getting into the nuances and weeds of like what he's trying to accomplish, what he's trying to do and all that stuff, then this is beneficial.

If not, then it's easy to lose control.

I'm curious to see where it goes.

But that's why we haven't really given us feedback.

Because there's not really much to give feedback on if they are in the process for like a nightstand.

And then it's talking.

Once it gets packed and shipped, it's on the containers.

Somehow it's communicating to my shipping agents or the ship company.

Like, that's where my head's at.

What I'm saying is like, this can work.

Because the kind of guy that he is, it does benefit to kind of have him ramble like this.

It just depends how we actually shift the com.

Unless you, Again, unless you started with like a true sales process at the beginning and then like we were able to jump into that.

And then so like, what's.

What would you say your value proposition is?

Just tell me a little bit of like, quick background on you guys.

Like, what's the value proposition of what you guys are offering versus like, you know, there's so many of these people on Instagram and whatnot, that like, hey, we'll come in and automate, you know, mom and pop business.

We'll come in and automate your whole system.

Like, what are you guys doing differently?

because I'm, from what I understand you guys have, it's more of a platform that's building the agents versus like these independent one off workflow agents that have that.

Correct.

I mean, the best way to think about it is, is there's a lot of companies that'll do DIY where they're just like, here's the platform, go figure it out.

If you're technical, there's a lot of companies that do done for you and they'll charge you like 10 grand per agent that you Want set up and then you do a lot of back and forth with them.

What we do is number one, think of it as a pre configured open claw made for founders, not developers.

So instead of there, all the agent files, connect a bunch of API keys, figure out how to make it reliable and remember stuff like we've already gone ahead, done that for you spent like the hundreds of hours it took to get there and you don't even need to.

Yeah.

Security side we have these servers that we bought so you no longer need to buy Mac mini, do the updates, install new stuff, reset it and whatnot.

We do all that on the back end so you just get to use the best parts of it and you're just running with it from day one.

Yeah.

Great.

Aside from that, like that's the side of it where we want to just save you like $20,000 of setup and like a few hundred hours to make sure it's working reliably.

Yeah.

On the other end of it is you get a full technical team dedicated to you.

So the way we support is number one, you have your own dedicated Slack channel.

So that's just if you need any help, questions, support issues, whatever it is, you reach out to us and we'll get back to you.

On weekdays.

Some of the teams are on on weekends as well.

And then aside from that is you get unlimited builder calls.

So we call them builder calls just because in most cases if you need support from a company, you go to some info at company name email.

Yeah.

Just because it's not giving you the level of support you need for your business.

So it's not it's.

Yeah, it's not specialized.

Like you just feel like, crap, hopefully someone's gonna respond to me in an hour.

But this thing just crashed.

What we do is you get like direct access to book time in our team's calendars where if you need like a 30 minute slot, you can say here's my issue or here's what I want to build or I just want to walk you guys through what I've built so far, give me feedback.

You can book as many of those slots as you want to.

Just go through whatever you need for an expert to hop on, give you the coaching, consulting or support with implementation on all of it, if that makes sense.

Yeah.

And then what then?

So I would hold all the keys, like whether it's Claude OpenAI, whatever I hold, I would essentially get all those keys, you guys activate the APIs, link everything up, is how it happened or you guys took on the token side.

How's that being handled on the token side?

You just link up your keys to, like, anthropic OpenAI, et cetera.

So you take care of that.

We do help with model routing.

So what that means is instead of you spending three grand a month on tokens, we found a way to, I mean, make it more efficient where you're spending like 40 to 60 less getting the same results just because you don't need to use the highest model of Claude to respond to an email.

Right?

Yeah, yeah, exactly.

So that's what we usually have in place for people.

And we do have a tool that's coming out in the future called Hydra, which is going to reduce that spend by about 90.

This isn't like a traditional sales process.

So, I mean, again, I can't, Like, I don't.

Obviously, in a perfect world, like, yeah, sure, I'm gonna say, hey, like, you know, more questions, less statements.

But I actually think it resonates with this guy.

And I actually think you're doing the right thing by giving him what he needs, you know, and giving him what he's asking for, versus, like, trying to, you know, fight and take him through an elaborate sales process to make it.

I'm in control.

You know what I'm saying?

it's just a matter.

Again, if there's gonna.

There has to be some point where it switches, right where he.

Like, and through this, right through what you're doing Here, now, you are showcasing expertise, right?

And believe it or not, like, you're actually doing, an approach that does resonate with him.

Right.

And in this unique circle, which is why, again, like, dude, you can have AI fucking review your calls, but having someone with myself where I can see this and be like, it's actually not the end of the world, you know, that you're doing this, it's actually not that bad.

It's not like traditional best practice, but it's not going to kill you either, you know, so.

But I do need.

There needs to be a point where control shifts.

Right now, it's still in his hands.

But, like, I have my home.

I don't really have a ton of stuff in it, but you store your API keys in here.

if you have any channels you want to connect, you can we plug into Composio?

So instead of pulling API keys for a thousand different things, what we did is we just had a native integration with Composio.

And their whole job is to just pretty much connect to any single tool you use at the click of a button.

So let's say if you want to connect to Gmail, and since you have two companies, this is my favorite part, because I work in a lot of different places is Claude only lets you connect to one with composure, you can connect to multiple Gmails and have your agents manage it.

So you can go do what you do best.

And the actual structure of it is like, we usually have your main Apex.

And then it can just plug in and do everything you would do from managing your team, coordination, handling your inbox, acting as your executive assistant or chief of staff.

And that's where people buy their time back.

And then when it comes to creating bandwidth inside your two businesses without having to hire more people, what we have it do is pretty much be the orchestration layer so that you can have an AI team of employees.

Everyone's like, my gosh, AI's gonna take my job.

AI's gonna take my job.

AI is not taking your job.

The person orchestrating the AI is.

So let's say you want someone for a sales agent that, handles the entire workflow.

We would just say, hey, main agent, build me another AI employee that can do this, this, this, and this.

And we train it the same way we would train an employee.

Then once they respond, filter it through back to me via email, making sure that the message is genuine.

So this is my thing often, right?

So, like, eventually, like, no matter.

And this is not.

Again, this is my assumption.

I haven't seen a whole call.

I don't know.

but, like, I'm gonna.

I'm just.

This is very, very, very advanced.

I'm not advocating for this, but what I'm saying is at the highest level of sales, you're able to cut corners.

And if you're able to identify his issue and know his issue better than him, even just through school, just, like, spewing information.

Because at the end of the day, like, dude, I can speak to anybody about sales and know what their bottlenecking issue is just from them just value bombing or just like, rifting, just being like, there's this, there's that.

and then I'm, okay, your issue is this.

What you're trying to do is this, but you're doing it the wrong way because of this.

And I can identify very quickly.

And so, like, you'll be able to do that really, really well.

Obviously, like, we want to be able to get you, like, your process dialed in, which I think is really important.

But, like, eventually you can just come off and just shoot from the hip.

And you have that too, just energetically.

Like, you can win them over without a process.

Shoot from the hip, ask random fucking questions, and you can win.

You can.

That AI isn't in control, executing the process at hand.

Send personalized pitch deck links and filter genuine responses back to you via email.

So search LinkedIn, identify decision makers, build target, list, validate targets of checking the profiles, recent post, engagement, blah blah blah and then personalize outreach, generate connection requests, send follow up messages, once connected, introduce opportunity, include the link authenticity filter message sounds human?

Very.

Sentence structure, avoid AI tells and then it tracks the sense so it can see K AB testing this image is better than this image or this message is better than this message and then manages responses, filters them, auto replies and then has an email format to get them into your email to continue with the process.

And I'm like, I'm impressive.

You can just plug your apex in and command we set up this agent.

Like what is the outcome we're after?

I'm just going to skip through a little bit of this because again the process of how you deliver this to it's fine.

I mean I'm not going to create.

I think we can make it better.

What it's doing projects would be, like, the main kind of work.

As long as you're not idiots, it works pretty well.
