I'm Charlotte.

Nice to meet you.

I'm Dutch by origin.

I lived in London for many years and now I'm building my life in the sun, financially empowered and independent.

But just like you, I wasn't taught how to invest my money.

I was always taught how to protect it, but not necessarily how to grow it.

So investing always felt overwhelming and complex to me, which is why I became a saver and I became really, really good at it.

So I saved a lot of money and then some more.

So by the time I finally realised how much inflation had eaten away of my purchasing power, I decided to take control of the situation.

So I started to learn about investing and the stock market, and I realised that the financial industry is not at all built with women in mind.

So the language is very technical, there is so much jargon and there are so many abbreviations.

The tone is still often quite condescending and there's always that assumption of prior knowledge.

So I did what I naturally do, which is to create structure.

So, through courses and books, podcasts, a coach, a community, I broke it all down into clear principles, removed unnecessary complexity, and I created what I now call the Seven Pillars of Financial Empowerment.

So what started as a personal journey became the realisation that for most women, it's not at all about intelligence or ability, but about access, structure and a safe space for us to become competent, because we are definitely capable of taking control of our own money and building our own wealth.

So that's why today, I help women take control of their money.

I teach women how personal finance and investing works, not by telling you what to do, but by showing you how it works, how to think and what questions you need to ask yourself.

Because, honestly, it's so much fun and we are so much better at it than you might think or than you are led to believe.

And the feelings of agency and autonomy that it gives me are quite powerful, and I want you to experience that too.

I think financial independence for women is absolutely essential.

And I care deeply about women creating their own capital with confidence and a capital C ;-) That's why I've started this company.
